The pc was very well packed and it arrived right on time. The RAM was maxed and the hdd upgraded just as I ordered. The pc has been under heavy use 24 hours a day for a month and it functions perfectly. It runs fast, quiet and cool. I anticipate no problems with this unit. Great job, PCLiquidations! Thanks!

Tried 2 Samsung 2 10.1s. Both units had problems updating, accessing playstore, etc. Etc. Costomer Service has proven there worth so far. Unit one went off couple days ago. Have RMA for second return.

Quite excellent customer service. When there was something wrong with the item I ordered -- they ran it through a system check before sending it and it was not up to standard they notified me. There was no additional stock the customer service rep offered me another laptop at the same price. It was all handled professionally and I really appreciated the proactive attention to solve the problem. Totally satisfied and highly recommend.
