The only glitch was that the product was sent to the wrong delivery address, so it got sent back then redirected to my personal address.
There was a small problem with the unit. PC Liquidators assisted in resolving the issue.

Thank you. I did not expect the cords & additional ear pieces as this is a replacement of my older headset and since it's a refurb thought I was just getting the dock. Thank you so much. I love it. It's clearer than my old Plantronics
The monitor was as described; however, the stand was not. It came very loose and we had to super glue it in place. Now, it's great. Would've liked to know about the stand ahead of time though - also, shipping price was terrible and I was disappointed in the way it was packaged - thank goodness nothing broke in transit, although that could've been the reason for the loose stand - y'all need to package this equipment better.

Great price and selection. I did return it however simply because the computer didn't fit my needs. The computer was in good shape and everything was fine. The return process was seamless and well-organized.
I ordered a lap top and it was shipped fast but it came with a dead battery. I called customer service and got an apology with a promise of a replacement battery to follow. The battery that I was sent was brand new but did not fit. At this time another is on the way as I write this review. I will say that I do not get the felling that this is the norm and I am over all very pleased with this purchase.
