Good experience with Omar and he was very helpful answering my questions. I explained what I was looking for and had ask plenty of questions and he was very patient with me.
There were problems, but they tried very hard to solve them. I would buy from them again, but just accept it in the condition that they send it.
Lots of options in many price ranges and the site is easy to search with the available options. The prices can't be beat. My monitor was nearly spotless except for a minor scratch/smudge on the back side. Otherwise it looks almost brand new. I got a great monitor for just a little more than buying a used one from someone local but I get a 90 day warranty and it's delivered to my door.
Customer service is very good with a great response time to my questions. And I also like how it was packaged securely without the overuse of plastic packing material.
This company is helping the environment and helping us save money at the same time by re-purposing older, but still working computer equipment.
I ordered the monitor on Saturday from the website. On Monday afternoon I got an email to say that the unit failed testing. Another unit was suggested. I emailed back but the responses were very slow. It took almost 1 week to resolve and get the item shipped. Need to improve speed of response to the customer.

Two LCDs returned for exchange, Units are due to PCL today. Awaiting shipping of replacement units.
