Purchased Eugenius phone system because the last system i purchased lasted over 10 years with portable phones that can reach up to 1/2 mile from the base station with stock antenna.

In 2019, I purchased a "twin" to my 20" HP monitor, and have been extremely satisfied with it (5* for that one). I decided I wanted 2 more large monitors for my home office, and found another pair of HPs. I took off one star only because they were rather dirty when I checked them for any shipping damage (the boxes had some dents, one had a hole, but this was not PCL's fault. UPS... if you can hear me... be more careful!). They looked okay, so plugged them in & powered up. Appear to work fine, but I have not hooked them up to my laptop & docking station yet (home office not yet set up). Hopefully I will find no issues when I'm fully up and running, but I'm very optimistic. Thank you PCL!
Had a hard time getting rid of non msn pc app store that blocked all other functions. Had a computer guy $$ hopefully get rid of it. Seems it piggy backed on Wave. Seems to be working now bur battery seems to discharge fairly quickly.

Order phones but unfortunately they did not fit our need so they were returned. Order arrived in a timely manner and phones were in great condition. Return experience was easy and quickly refunded.
It's working OK. I expected to be able to add memory, but memory of old Len W540 doesn't work in it. I suppose that everyone does not use that much memory anymore?

I do not have the new phones installed yet, so i can't comment on the product itself yet.
Ordering process was very simple and quickly.
However, I paid extra for 2 day shipping and the parts did not arrive for a week. This caused me to have to make an extra 5 hour trip (one way) to the location these brackets were being installed. I feel like I got ripped off on the expedited shipping.
The only thing I would say is, it took a lot longer to deliver and I thought it would. The product was great worked well.
I liked the price of the laptop I got. It is way more affordable than anything else in the market. My one gripe I have is with the shipping process. It took almost a week for them to even ship my laptop and the shipping was originally set for 3-6 days. I had to call 3 times over 3 different days to get them to finally ship my order but I will say they expedited my shipping to get it here a little faster than what I originally paid for. If you need a computer very quickly then this might not be for you but if you're okay with waiting a little longer for a decent markdown then I'd say go for it.
