We have purchased a laptop about three ago and now this pc from this company. All has gone smoothly with both purchases. This company was recommended by my wife's former company's I. T. department.
Well, I'm happy to have an iPad so much lighter than my laptop but no charger. I was kind of surprised thank goodness I have extras.

I ordered 4 desktop units recently. All were delivered on a timely basis and in excellent packaging. Unfortunately, one unit arrived DOA. It is being returned for service. Hopefully this resolves the problem.

My order for a Dell Optiplex computer arrived with one corner of the box caved in. Upon unpacking I discovered that the upper right corner of the computer was damaged and the power button was destroyed. I called PC Liquidations and explained the problem. They asked that I take photos of the damaged box and computer to assist in their insurance claim. A replacement computer was quickly sent to me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. This is a great firm!
I ordered a Dell monitor and the assistance was great to making sure I picked the same one that matched my existing monitor. There was a minor hiccup but PC Liquidators took care of it promptly and I received my order and everything works great.
I worked on it to test all the sound ports with headphones and speakers and could not get anything out of the front or back ports. I finally bought a SABRENT USB External Stereo Sound Adapter for Windows and Mac. Plug and Play No Drivers Needed. (AU-MMSA) from Amazon and plugged it into the front port so now this works with headphones. This should have been checked to see if everything was working before the item was sent to me. Poor quality control.
The process of identifying and ordering your product is fast and easy. Although this is not my first time using PC Liquidations, I find them to be a good option to purchasind a new computer product. However, this time I did find a minor problem with one of the laptops purchased and working to resolve the minor issue. In spite of the minor issue discovered, I will definitely consider PC Liquidations in the future for other computer products.

This was my second purchase of the exact same monitor. The first one I bought a few years ago and it still works great. No complaints
About half of the 8 USB ports don't work. Error messages upon boot up. I would send it back but I waited a week to get it and now I have all my software loaded and don't want to go through that again.

When I called to find the status of my order I found out it was droppped from your system and was not shipped the ususal way, ther was no tracking information. But when I spoke to the representative, he took care of evreything and and re-ordered the PC and I had it within a couple of days.
