Kenneth contacted me to advise me of a stock out on the original LCD monitor I picked. He found another one that will suit my needs and that is what was shipped to me weeks ago and I received it weeks ago. Great work by Kenneth! This review is marked for today 9/18/25 but it actually occurred weeks ago, AFFIRM is still saying that PC Liquidations has a hold up on it for some reason which AFFIRM is NOT allowing me to pay the balance off. They refuse to cancel the AUTO PAY so that I can pay the full balance as of 9/17/25. How stupid! I should be able to pay off the $62.00+ change balance at my will being the CUSTOMER!

This was a discounted refurbished PC and was reasonably priced. They upgraded my RAM upon request with little cost to me. Easy to contact, efficient with quick delivery services. The item was wrapped well for shipping.
It is showing faults, we are troubleshooting, also it came with a 30 amp plug on it, use to that with the 24 outlet units, never seen one on an 8 before, will let you know if we get it working.

The printer came in good condition. Unfortunately, it did not interface with our computer, which only had USB ports. Just a warning to other customers, no printers have parallel interfaces anymore.
Said laptop was b grade with scratches this laptop looks a grade with only one scratches barely visible. 10/10 would use again!

I received my refurbished laptop with everything that came with it. However, when I delivered the laptop to my hardware guy for set-up. He received the message "no hard drive". He opened up the computer and discovered that there was a hard drive but evidently it had become disconnected in transit. He removed the hard drive and then reinstalled it and the laptop powered up successfully. The college student I had gifted the laptop to is now able to use it.
Product shipped and arrived quickly with regular updates on the status. Everything was packed well and arrived undamaged and as described on the site. Would buy again for sure.
We bought new phones from Yealink that did not come with power cords. Our ethernet is not powered ethernet. So, if that's you, make sure to also order the power cords. Ordering them new, you would think they would come with the phones. Also, the instructions were in all Chinese. No English at all. So, equipment was the only real positive thing about spending over 1,000 dollars on new phones.

Poor experience. The first computer ordered was not available. The second computer ordered was shipped, but the wrong computer was actually sent. I had to return it. The third computer shipped was the correct item received, but it was inoperable. I requested a refund and returned the computer.
I had to do a lot of my own research with google because I wanted a laptop that would work with a docking station I had bought previously for work and was still using a 10+ year old laptop with a 2.1gHz CPU and oddly 6gb of RAM. Used userbenchmarks to check the CPUs because I also didnt want to "downgrade". I did use a coupon code for 10% that basically almost covered regular shipping. The laptop I got was graded a B but looked good, it had a weird nasty rubber coat near where you would put your wrists but it was a common manufacturer issue. I did find out that if I was going to spend a bit more and didn't use the coupon code I could've just gotten a gaming laptop with a dedicated GPU. Because my order was around $360 probably would've gone to $400+ without the coupon, gaming laptop might been around $530+tax.
