The tip of the pen I ordered was missing. Kinda annoying but it's still usable.
Customer service was great! They didn't have what I ordered and they reached out and offered a refund or another similar product that was a bit better than the one I had. In actuality, they did have 1 last unit of the item I ordered; however it did not pass their quality inspection! Any other company would have just sent me a defective product. I appreciate PCLiquidations for being so thorough and offering such great customer service!

I have my own ipad. I turn it on and away I go, np. Wife's PCL ipad, instead of just allowing her access to main screen, prompts her to establish apple id. Fortunately she has an apple id, then prompts for network which recognizes our wifi np. Then ipad whirs eternally, spooling to limbo. Please please, for a fellow husband, can you send a link that she can just click on and use to get to main palette? Any ideas? As of today, my wife's 60th birthday present still can't proceed to main palette, not even to play games or tunes. Any help would be immensely appreciated so wife can stop reminding me "That bday present you bought me does not work" HELP!
