Website was navigable, prices are competitive, shipping was timely and when I had a problem (received defective new product), called customer service and it was handled immediately.

Finding a replacement telephone handset for an older system was extremely important. Knowing that PC Liquidations had done a complete check to verify that everthing worked was re-assuring.
16 days from ordering and I just find out nothing shipped. Only communication is to confirm delivery when nothing has shipped. Worse than poor on this order.
