Have to call, system didnt recognize hard disk shipped in computer.
If an error in billing address results in decline of credit card, allow your customer to edit the info rather than having to start over with a new order. Hassle and hopefully won't lead to duplicated orders and charges.
A comparison tool would be helpful but, thus far, ordering has been easy. The three day shipping choice did not include the one day PC prep time. Ordered on Tuesday, received on Monday.

This is a fantastic find! I am very happy with the laptop I received. As a homeschooling mother that now needs one I am so thankful to have found this place. Laptop is just perfect for being a refurb and great price too. A few scratches as they inform you of beforehand but nothing I can't deal with. I am so happy, thank you!
Decent order process. Took a while to get items ordered because I had to manually confirm my order after placing the order due to them being "legacy." This was an inconvenience, but I would order from them again.
I have bought from PCLiquidations before. Had an issue and they took care of it with an even higher quality model. Very impressed. The only thing that shipping needs to remember is to check the internals of the device being ordered to ensure it is actually the OS and all that the ad says that it is. To make sure the customer is actually getting the device they ordered. This issue was well handled, but time consuming due to the mix-up. So with this order, please do not do this PC. Your Customer Service is outstanding. Remember: INTEGRITY IN BUSINESS MATTERS AND MUST COME FIRST!:)Thanks for your store! And Customer Service!
