Great price on apple product,we were not aware of how limited this unit was with having so little running power, we are new at this so had little knowledge about IOS 5.1.1 but we have already purchased another device to replace this one,I sure wished I could trade this gen1 in on a gen2 I would be more tag glad to swap and pay the difference?! Very easy, the only disappointments were the high cost for ground shipping and I didn't realize "no cord" wasn't just referring to the video cord it also did not have a power cord which seemed strange. I could see how the video cord could be considered an accessory and sold separately but not the power cord. Otherwise great value and timely shipping.

I was happy to get my order and it was correct however it was dirty and very used. I thought I was getting a new monitor, not a dirty dusty used one. Thank you

False advertising on the product email. The email you sent me said to order Windows 7 befopre it was too late. So I ordered a netbook right below that statement. After I received it I realized it did not have Windows 7. I called and was told it cannot support Windows 7. Not happy. I sent it back today for a complete refund.

I was looking for a modest laptop w/ windows 10 and asked the online chat where I could find the best deals. That was because the website is poorly done and difficult to use. The response was "just look around". That was not helpful.
On my previous order in April (Order #*******) they omitted the monitor power supply and it took 2 weeks to get that straightened out. I think I will avoid doing business with them again.
