I enjoyed how quickly PCLiquidations processed my RMA claim and sent me a replacement. They even refunded my shipping for the inconvenience. There customer service is one of the best I have dealt with.
Easy ordering. Shipped with a larger 250G HD rather than the 160G advertised. Will use this as an external drive as I put a 500G HD from my dead M1530 in. Also upgraded memory to 8G. Computer works perfectly. Was missing the four HD screws that hold it in the slot. A simple phone call got the screws shipped out promptly. Laptop arrived looking better than my old one.
Took about a week between ordering and shipping as they wanted to confirm I had ordered it without an operating system. Forty five days into the warranty period, and no problems, nor do I expect any. This is a popular and well built laptop, aside from some reports of a GPU failure if overclocked or if the fan is not kept clean, resulting in overheating. A bit old, but works perfectly with Win 10-64 Pro and standard software. Not recommended for the latest gaming or graphics software.

Once the package arrived I was amazed at the quality of this product. Computer was like new!
