The order process was easy. Received the scanner in a few days. It was just the way it was described. I tested and it works great. I might purchase another one.
Did this review before where they did send me the wrong item on my original order, so that's my only reason for knocking off one star. But they did follow up with me, and did do a very good job about sending me the right item, getting me a return label for their mistake, and trying to make it all right. They then followed up with an email making sure that all was right finally with my order. And that does showing caring and professionalism.

I'll state again that I'm still satisfied with my purchase from this site, except this time when I tried to register my product with Windows, the site keeps saying my product is using a non-validated Windows disc...? I'm not blaming PCLiquidatations because maybe the product code on the back of my laptop is incorrect...?
I still feel as though I've received a product worth the money.

The monitor has severe glare and is blurry; I'm going to need a replacement right away.

Base. Now I have the inconvenience to deal with of having to return for replacement. Merchandise should have been checked a little better before being shipped.
