The Game is Rigged!
December 1, 2020

After reaching the Yellow Diamond Level I had the wheel spin stop on the $ 900.00 Cash prize. Seconds later
The box disappeared & it said I won ******* tokens. I called them & after told them what happen & they told me
On their end it said I won 25k tokens, Dah? Well sure. Did you take a screen shot they ask, who's prepared for that? It only stays on for seconds. So 2 supervisors called me back over the next 3 days saying they looked into it & their software says I won 25k tokens, same nonsense. Don't waste your time with these swindlers &
Scam artist & liars. These games aren't run by chance they are rigged.

App Sucks!
November 18, 2020

I got the pch app, and when you reach the treasure chest, the van stops and you can't move forward or backwards you are just stuck in limbo. I put a screenshot of where the app leaves you. It's like they don't want you to continue!

Great source of ideas
November 7, 2020

But way too high on shipping. In fact, most of their products double in price due to shipping cost. So, I use their product list for ideas, then I copy the product name and go to Amazon. I do a search for the same product. Usually, that product will show up for a couple of dollars more. But, with free 2 day shipping it's still about half what you'd pay on PCH.com

It is difficult to write a limited review about this organization because there is so much to write about how awful this organization/company is with regard to its fraudulent games, fixed games (flip n win is totally fixed), to its sending out emails that i am about to or have won a major prize, when in fact they have hidden "if" in the email. Also, don't believe it when they say you don't need to purchase anything to collect a prize. What is not clear is that they add on a shipping and handling charge, so when thy say the items listed are under $10. That is not really true since they add on a shipping charge. A set of disability placard covers on PCH which they said would cost me $9.95, ended up costing me $17.98. I also purchased a set from Amazon, which were better, and the cost was $5.00, and the tax brought the item up to just over $6.00. If you have Amazon and/or Ebay, go to them first before buying anything from PCH. I have so far accumulated over 64 million tokens, and have yet to win any money or prizes. I have only placed my 64 million tokens against 3 prizes, and have won nothing at all for my time nd effort. To obtain 64 million tokens you have to give up at least 8 hours of your day. I am disabled and in a State where lockdown is in session, so decided to give PCH a try. It is a fraudulent company so please don't expect to win anything and by no means should you purchase any items from them before checking other sits like Ebay or Amazon for if there is a shipping and handling charge they are honest enough to place that amount up front.

It took me 11 years paying higher than average prices to realize that I could make better use of my money! Then the straw that broke the camel's back was the constant demand for payment for goods I had not received! My advice to everyone out there is if you want better quality and want to save do not consider PCH! It will be quicker for you to save the money than the thousands they suggest you could win if you ever do!

I have been ordering,& spent thousands of $$ at PCH over several years! I am a Presidential Preferred VIP ELITE customer! If I win... I could continue to order alot more! If I don't win soon, will probably have to give up! I am only living on a small as check, so I can't keep on spending on PCH for my dream to win soon! I have hundreds of entries in for the Oct 31 drawing, hundreds of chances on the Ford F 250, & hundreds of chances on the lotto cards! I hope that it's my turn! Please pick me

Scam with the Scum
October 23, 2020

Over charged worthless products using a winners circle as bait. PCH than sends you garbage that you never ordered and expects you to pay for it and several times, sends you the SAME ITEM TWICE AND EXPECTS YOU TO PAY FOR THAT TOO.

The two sets came. In both sets, bowls were broken. They are almost as thin as a light bulb, definitely not worth the price. Very dangerous if you have small children. They break SUPER easy because they are so thin. These are worthless and unusable. This set of bowl with lids are JUNK!

The stuff they sell is total cheap crap. I got insulated bowl holders to heat soup in the microwave, good idea right? The material isn't flexible enough and I spilled hot clam chowder everywhere. Went right in the trash. I entered a contest via phone for some pandemic entertainment for the fun of it, not planning to win anything but why not? Don't call them, I ended up with magazine subscriptions I didn't want, their salespeople are sharks. I was so ticked off at them & myself I made them reverse the charges. If you are looking for pandemic entertainment stay away from this shoddy and sleazy company!

Have you ever seen,,,
September 23, 2020

Have you ever seen PCH drive up to any trailer and give the money to someone that really needs it. No everyone that has won lives in houses. I'm 54 and in all the times I've seen someone win. Not one lived in a trailer. I'm happy for those who have won. Just want to see someone win who really needs it. Someone poor. M

I have been participating in PCH contest for 38 years. I have earned 96,000,000 tokens since Jan 1917. I have established a VIP Elite status and a Presidential Preferred customer status with a Diamond rating. I did all of the above in an attempt, that by doing, that I might improve chances of winning a life changing prize. I have indeed won a whole $10. However, I have proved only that I am not lucky in these type of matters. I am lucky in life so not to worry. If I had won one of the larger prizes I would have given much of it away anyway. I have other useful things to do with my time.
I do have one suggestion: Your $30 mystery gift program should offer the participant to pick something from the offer sheet rather than have a blind gift. I would have taken that up if it had been a choice. I do not like nor appreciated getting a surprise gift. It is usually a disappointment. Many of the gifts that I would like are priced under the $30 ceiling and you would make more profit. For instance I would have chosen CD's instead of some kitchen or household item, jewelry or tool.

Ive been playing for many many years. When you play it shows 7k a week for life announced this date, that date its a 1million dollar winner,, then you get about 5-10 emails per day and saying were on our way to your house etc etc, untrue. Look at the winners in the last 2years a majority of life changing funds are won in cali, a majority of car winners are from nc.
And the few winners from florida are usually north florida, the recent aug 31 drawing which largo won was the furthest south ive seen them come. I live in boynton beach and have yet to see anyone in the last 2 years from south florida. I get spammed more to make orders.
Ive been playing for many years and i know i have a 1 out of a billion chance to win but the fact that no one in south florida has won any life changing money. Get spammed with thousands of emails (i would get 10-20 per day. Its just sad. I even wrote to the company to ask if people in florida were even eligible, i didnt expect a response its fine. But as a mom of 4 a teacher and facing foreclosure it would have been nice to get a response to know i at least had cause for hope. ( i know they received it because i sent it certified and it was signed for. It seems to be more for phishing to get people to place orders.

Order never received
August 29, 2020

I ordered the party maker 2 months ago and even though it was paid for immediately, I still have not received it. Looks like PCH is back to their old game. Order something to win and you get nothing. Not even what you order.

Growing weary
July 31, 2020

I am weary of the many emails I continue to receive from PCH, without ever winning anything. I have participated, for years, without receiving anything but more & more emails! Their items for sale can be purchased for a lot less elsewhere.

Political products should not be on this site or political ads. It's sad to see this site going in that direction. I will not purchase any products as long as I see products that appear to endorse any political candidate especially Donald Trump.

I wish I had researched PCH's merchandise before I purchased. Now I see why it only has 2 stars. I ordered a ceiling fan cleaning brush for $9.95. What I received was a cheap piece of crap. In addition to the cost of the product, it also TAXED the shipping charge! So, I ended up being charged $17.65 for a $9.95 item! If you're smart, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE (PCH). Buy from ANY OTHER source.
