I ordered an item on 05/10/2021. I didn't receive it. On 06/01 they said it was out of stock & they weren't getting more. My order was cancelled. I found a similar item elsewhere. On 06/06 they said they had processed my (already cancelled) order and will tell me when it's shipped. I tried to cancel the item, but they now refuse to do that! They claim I can return it, but will there be a return shipping fee? I will never buy anything from them again. Also, they charge 45% in shipping and handling. What was advertised at $17.95 actually cost $28.61 with S&H plus tax.
They are NOW loading games where you HAVE to order something or you CAN NOT play a game. I'm about to take photos of this and send them to the FCC!

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order anything from PCH! It is a total scam and rip off! They trick you into thinking you will be the next big winner but it never happens! I have been a customer for 14 long years, filled out all the forms, emails and wasted all my time doing so... you will never win... this is just a gimmick to get your money... all their products are cheap, come form China and are overpriced... STAY AWAY from the PCH Scam Please!
Just received (5) dead dried out roots masquerading as a Monarch Butterfly plant. With their handling fee and the cost of the product it was way overpriced for the garbage you receive.
More for shipping and handling than for the cheep Chinese crap they sell!
How is it possible that I've played for many years but never been able to win any money at all! I've gotten over 100 million tokens but not a cent in money! Why?
I've bought some household items from PCH & OMG, the quality has been consistently POOR with a price that that has been consistently HIGH.
I don't expect much in terms of quality from a DOLLAR STORE other than a consistently low prices. Well, the quality of the goods that I have purchased from dollar stores over the years has been 100% better than the quality I've found in my 3 purchases from PCH.
I've given them 3 chances and all 3 items were POOR. I have no plans to ever buy anything from PCH again.
I have been entering the PCH contest for years. Needless to say I have never won anything. They actually have a page were you can use your points for entries to win things like a $50 gift card to Walmart. I have millions of points. I have tried to enter the Wallmart drawing quite a bit. I usually get 25/50 entries at a time. I have never won this. Also, PCH will advertise anything as long as there is something in it for them. One of the devices they advertise is a device that you plug into your wall sockets that supposedly reduce your electric bills. Well from a physics standpoint this is impossible. Also, the company says you have to wait for 90 days before the device starts working. Their guarantee money back offer is only good for 90 days. Guess what, you will never get your money back for this piece of useless junk. Since PCH is advertising this, would you really trust them. I know I don't after seeing this. The only thing their site is setup to do is badger you into buying their stuff. I am suspect on who they actually wins their drawings for all the cash.
I've gotten 4 letters thus far telling me to send $5 to process the "unclaimed" winnings. I've sent $5 3 times so far. Still haven't won. Still getting letters asking for $5 to process winnings lol What a joke. They should be ashamed playing with people emotions in times like this. Horrible organization!
I got the same products offered to me six to seven times daily. One particular product I bought a year ago, I wanted a second one because I had moved and left the old one attached to the previous home. It never showed up in this year's ads. Most of the products I don't need or already have it or a similar item. But I did see a battery storage / tester unit I was interested in and put it in the cart. Now I know of no other business that does this but I left the item in the cart in case I found additional items I wanted to order. I was not ready to order but wanted to keep the item as a reminder of what I found, I don't want to pay shipping on just one item if I could later find the actual item I was looking for. Upon closing the app this item was automatically ordered without warning. There's nothing in the ads or the web pages that warns of this action. I was able to cancel it through a phone call but they should not be automatically ordering items. This is a highly unusual action as compared with the other websites I deal with.
I recently purchased 2 items one of which was what I thought were 3 solar lights but there were 6 all wired together. They worked for 2 nights. Don't waste your money purchasing anything from PCH. Don Elseroad Bristol, VA.
I have not bothered with them ever, although I almost did. If it is a scam, people should go to your state attorney and file an official complaint.
Joke is on you you are not going to ever win off pch it is a scam it is the the kind of scam that gets rich off of your foolishness sure very little win off of this but you do not have a fair chance they set you up to make you think you have a chance but it is a lie my brother left a bad review and quit playing and they sent him a 10.00 check telling him he won this is a fools game they bank off of you and they lie and deceive everyone that plays why waste your time you will have better luck at a casino and you do not have to invest hours everyday playing their app watching their ads I am fed up they wont get rich off of me I am done playing the fool there are so many things we should be spending our time on that is not pch dont be a victim of they scam they are the only ones getting rich off of you with their ads apps and false chances of winning the people that keep playing are playing a fool and they bank on that so do what you please but with everything going on in life I refuse to waste my life being on my phone and computer all the time just to sit back and make them more money
Both my ex husband's got a scratch off ticket They both won a million dollars but never received it the fine print says it enters a chance to maybe win and be put on a list. But the truth is most would not read the tiny print. Don't get your Hope's up because that fake $#*! ticket is as fake as a counterfeit bill. At least the lottery tickets are real in the gas station. Won $50 bucks with that. But the pch that's fake
Never enter the PCH sweepstakes online. When you do you open up the floodgates of hundreds of unwanted emails, sometimes 3 to 4 or more a day. They try and trick you by saying you're giving up your chance to win the big prize if you don't scan through pages of crap you probably would never buy. Wake up to the reality that when your odds of winning are over 2,000,000,000 to1, giving them hours of your time will always be for naught. My time is more valuable to me than allowing myself to be controlled by this fantasy.
I have been participating in PCH sweepstakes for almost 47 years. I have purchased many items from them. One incident that I was not to happy about was in a mailing I received that stated that if I ordered 2 or more items that I would receive $30 in FREE merchandise with no shipping costs. Well, I received the items to my amazement they were so cheesy and not only that, there was a shipping charge added. I contacted PCH and said that there was not to be a charge associated with that order. Got no where with them! Most of the items advertised in their mailings you could purchase anywhere for less and not pay such a high shipping cost. Now there are high profile people advertising you could win MILLIONS on PCH so enter now. Well, I'm still WAITING! By the way, I am 76 years young. Can"t wait much longer. LOL. Good Luck you all!
I have been entering and ordering since 2006 and have never won anything. I am tired of ordering thing I don't need or want to stay up to date for your so call contest for things I really can't afford. This is my last attempt at entering.
I've been a longtime customer of PCH This past November 2020 I ordered for the last time ever! I prepaid for my merchandise when I ordered for a Christmas gift beginning of November 2020. Today is December 18,2020 They tell me I may not get it for Christmas! Very upset with this poor customer service!
Answer: Probably but we keep playing as the games do give us something to do. Wouldn't bet on a big win however.
Answer: Am I still in the running for PCH's $7,000.00 a week win Thanks hoping for good news. My computer was down for two days. Does this disqualify me
Answer: I know they keep changing the dates for winning and they say no purchase needed until the end with a notice to buy something and you will be on their list they should be accounted for to better business bureau and all the items are made in china this company must be owned by china I'm done with them
Answer: Oh this is big time scam. Like I said in my review we put to much time into this wack company that when see anything about money we think it's them. Nobody ever wins there special early look prizes unless it's a guaranteed giveaway.
Answer: Well, and just as I expected, the October 23 "special early look" did NOT result in the "mega prize" being awarded. Surprise, surprise! I saw that they immediately started advertising on TV their next "mega prize" (what is it now? $5000 a week for life? Bet they don't award that one, either!) Just a scam to drum up sales to weak-minded people who actually think they have a snowball's chance in you-know-where to win anything at odds of almost 2 billion to one. A total fraud!
Answer: I didn't know this but it makes sense as there is nothing to it but the same thing day after day. PCH has gone downhill with games, lately, as even the daily puzzles, now, just drag and are hard to move the pieces. Too many puzzles and probably too many people playing, Also same thing, every day and are only for fun to kill time with. Maybe, now, they are just not monitoring the sites to see their problems. Bingo, no great loss.
