After a decade of activity with PCH, I've recently had technical difficulties and they have NOT follow through to help me solve it. Plus I am rather certain it is their technical difficulty but they are saying it's me despite the fact, I have taken all the steps they have advised me to take. When I told them I had and was still having difficulty... I got NOTHING back and now it is getting even worse! What does that tell anyone?

Also, I have been very unhappy with their continued visibility which reveals their political leanings which I find deplorable! No, this is not Hillary Clinton! So go ahead, make my experience with PCH even technically worse, will you? Sometimes it is just important to SPEAK UP!

Gambling, Sweepstakes. That says it all. Worse, it's a scam with a big dash of bullying and lying. I mean, they had me believing they were coming to my door to award me with the $5K every week for life. I dressed up early in the morning ready to greet them. The truth is, even though I earned 2,220,058 tokens taking quizzes and completing tons of surveys, I didn't even win the $50 Target gift card. The bullying comes in when the envelopes you get in the mail are full of flyers about items they hand-picked just for you to buy. Somewhere in their documents, it says they give the $5K each week for life from the cost of the products you buy. Once you choose something, they hound you to pay for them. When you do, don't expect to receive what you paid for. My bedridden sister did this for the past four years and never won anything. Keep your money, folks.

I have ordered few items hoping to use but none of them were of any good quality. Same things I can get it for less than half price in Chinese stores.
VOLTAGE TESTER, ICE CUBE TRAY 25.00 cheap plastic, PET HAIR CLEANING GLOVE 19.00 only few hairs stick, ICE TRAY WITH STORAGE BIN 21.00 cheap plastic not BPA free. All products made cheaply in China. The shipping cost kills it too. I need to return everything. I will never buy any products from them in hopes to win to support cheap products from China.

Again and again again again the Emergency C comercial fail to pass. Please dont tell me that Actualize the App. Because Im do. Verify

Trying to speak to a person I was finally able to do so, being persist paid off since they drop the amount of my bill. No free gift but at least I feel it was a fair solution. The people who I chatted with were helpful even though I was pretty upset. My beef was with PCH not their associates, Thank you for the help in this matter.

Seriously, there needs to be a law to prevent the kind of deceptive practices that PCH uses to constantly bait people into purchasing the straight up crap that they sell (and charge you PREMIUM shipping and handling charges for) as an enticement to possibly having even the slimmest chance of winning their ludicrous contests. For the life of me, I don't know how my wife and I ever got caught up in this horrible mess. All of the hundreds of dollars that we have spent on their straight up crap (only to find we could have purchased products ten times quality at half the price through Amazon or Walmart) and then paid $10 or more for shipping and handling on every order (and even on their FREE BONUS items) amounts to so much that it's EMBARASSING! Really. We don't say a WORD to ANYONE about what we have spent on PCH. We're too ashamed. But, we have finally wised up and quit. PCH has screwed us long enough. It's about time we told them 'SCREW YOU PCH!'

Lately, when I play the VIP sweepstakes, I get on a pretty regular basis a 'sweep_id=' in the URL of a prize amount that I select. If I get this, it means that I just get a page refresh and I can't proceed any further for that prize or the grand prize for entering all of the prize amounts. I've reported this to PCH, but they are useless and could care less. Is this a bug that no one at PCH intends to fix, or is it intentional because I'm entering too often? Does anyone else have this issue?

I recall that some years ago, PCH was found to have been dumping literally tons of unopened entries in a New Jersey landfill. This leads me to assume the same is happening today, but since the entries are via the Internet, they are being sent to the great junkyard in the sky. This is nothing more than a scheme to collect dollars from the innumerable ads they show, and to make money by selling good from their various associated vendors.

Publisher clearing House I guess I'm going to apologize to you for all these people I don't understand them they want okay the game's okay if the game's not working just I understand that text somebody let him know but for god sakes are you really saying that PCH is that bad people come on the games are free they're fun it's fun to watch somebody win for me of course I want to win but I enjoy seeing somebody else when I'm not going to get mad at PCH for that because I didn't win it's just so I would like to see more positive reviews than these poor pitiful reviews needless to say I love PCA publisher clearing House I give you five stars and I pray you all have a wonderful day God bless us all

After accumulating 130 million more points in six months (no easy feat, and I have over 320 million total lifetime points), it was all for naught. You can't win anything good except by random chance. Maybe I could've won a $100 gift card with that sum total, but is that worth six months of day and night effort? AND, in the last 2 or 3 weeks PCH has increased their ads so much between segments of a game that it's just not worth it anymore. Struggle thru all that excess garbage for half a year to win NOTHING?! Except. For word games which I use to keep my mind agile, I'm pretty much done with PCH.

After 22 years of playing faithfully. Only won twenty dollars. Kept playing game after game. No prize.

If your looking for a quick win your not going to get it. It takes a special kind of person too hold the faith day after day with no wins. The truth is you probably will not win but most pch players play because it's fun and it gives people hope. I play because it gives me something to do and it passes time. I've never won in my three years red diamond level of playing but like I said it's fun dreaming about that big win and being part of the fun also congratulating people and supporting other players who are serious is fun. But no hardly anyone wins, but you never know it could be you and it's free just part of your daily routine gets you chances at big wins. For the price you are buying cheap plastic clock that does'nt keep time. I put a brand new energizer battery and it didn't keep time. The plastic it's made of is flimsy. I didn't mail it back because it would have cost all away around more than the cost of the clock.

Since years being with never won a penny, first year was buying some low quality junk paying at least 4-5 times more than could buy on eBay or 99 Cents Only Stores, than i stop to buy, but still responding to winning offers... very disappointed and tired to get mail every day... no winning at all - will unsubscribe

So i was relieved a check through mail for 10 dollar. It's not much but I was appreciative of it. So boom i go to my bank and cash it in. A week past and I was notified of a fraudulent check being put in my account. I was charger 12 for a fraudulent check. Fee and the 10 also was taken out. In total i. Lost 22 for a 10. Dollar check. Long story short PCH gave me. A fake check and its a scam. Nobody wins for real all actors..

With magazine readership plummeting, PCH has become a junk dealer. I bought two items on a whim. What a mistake, Complete junk. I could have bought better quality for far less money. I got a strip of caulk, shorter than advertised and it stuck to nothing. I also got undercounter lights that wouldn't light. I sent off complaints and just kept getting billed and billled and billed.
