I just found out they have only 2 out of 5 stars. And I know why now! I have entered the sweepstakes daily for 5 yrs. I won $10. I have ordered a couple times from their merchandise but it is a ripped off. I returned an item once and I did not get a refund. They charge S&H onto of ur purchase and there is no mention of that. Plus u can find whatever they r listing on the for allot less on the internet. So don't bother. Buy scratch tickets. At least u have a chance of winning something. With pch it's 1-1000. 000

Back in the 1970's I used to order record albums (vinyl) from PCH and they were a great deal at the time. Now, as far as the products go that you can order from PCH, it is just about as horrible of a scam as could possibly exist. Cheap, useless products that do not even come close to living up to their description on the PCH website. Much of it just 'made in China junk'. Play their games and sweepstakes. But most definitely stay away from their trashy products.

I have been entering PCH contests for decades now! I have likewise entered their contests via their online apps on a daily basis for many years now! I currently have red diamond and VIP status (PCH top status) because of spending enormous amounts of time entering their various contests continuously! After having devoted thousands upon thousands of hours to entering their contests, I only have $10 to show for my time and efforts! I have won a total of $10 from PCH! Simply put, PCH is a complete waste of time!

You never win! The Spectrum PCH website is always is down. When you try and enter, to win without a purchase! "You DID NOT BUY ANYTHING! So then it goes

Items are cheaply made and over priced. Order something they say it's out of stock then out of the blue months later without checking to see if you still wanted it they send it to you anyway. Hard to come up with the money to send something back when you're on SS in the midst of inflation. Don't plan on ever winning anything from them. I spent 8 years making hundreds of entries buying many numerous item from them and have never received a cent from them. Do yourself a favor don't waste any more of your time or money. You would do better to give it to charity.

Paid for one of my products second was damaged refused to send new one to replace the one i received i refuse to pay for stuff that is broken no longer will i order from this place they are thieves

Its a legal Con but a con muddled in all the gray areas with the biggest suckers being #1 the elderly and # 2 those who believe they have a chance to win perhaps one in the same. Try 2.4 Billion to one of winning something with the a company that believes if they throw enough $#*! against the wall something will stick. Consider this; Winning Power ball or Mega millions Odds are somewhere short of 345 Million to one. Wheres that leave those who believe they will win with PCH.
When you don't buy anything their emails become increasingly aggressive almost laughable if you have zero desire to order any Foreign Junk. After 35 years of competing buying and hoping and being labeld the world's biggest loser my approach has changed to actually get enjoyment less ordering anything and actually get a laugh on how they get desperate for a sale, How they challenge your credibility and the biggest laugh is when they write that you haven't ordered anything in 365 days. " C'mon, do us a favor and order something"! In 35 years you haven't done me any favors. I wonder if they know how condescending that sounds to those who haven't won so much as a Pencil. I laugh and have decided to never order another thing testing their pitch that you don't have to order to win. There is little difference. You order they win you lose. You don't order you have a few more dollars in your pocket and still lose. 2.4 Billion to one. Say it again. There are better chances of you getting struck by lightening…. 85 times. Wake up to the scam

I recently layed rest my to mom and wife, yes that means they died. I'm taking care of my father, you guys give people hope that maybe you will help but you guys never do.
I Depise yall, if you jad any character you wouldn't feel advertise!
Some times some of us just need help, I can't work, my dad requires around the clock care which I can't afford. Stop giving people false hope please

Most everything Publisher's Clearing House pushes is junk. They also overcharge for delivery, which is done by a bulk rate company. I've received beaten up and broken items that were too cheap to even ask for a replacement. They flood my mailbox with large packs of offers with my name and address in multiple places throughout.

Just did all the work to hit the goal of a billion tokens and it turns out nothing at all happens when you achieve it. No congratulations, no additional tokens of appreciation, no small cash prize, no item discount, nothing. So anyone reading this thinking to spend all the time and effort to hit the billion token mark, note that it means nothing to PCH other than the fact that you wasted a lot of time and effort to hit that number.

I have played for many many years and have amassed and used "a billion" tokens and haven't won even the smallest of prizes. I'm not talking thousands or millions of tokens, I am talking about a billion. Play all you want but don't really expect to win anything. The chance of winning is so remote that it shouldn't be the reason that you play.

I have been playing off and on since 2002 (keyword playing). Yes, I have been caught up in the "I could be the next big winner!" mode a few times and felt disappointed after playing game, after game, after game and only receiving one $10.00 check in all these years, and of course not winning the "big prize". BUT I have really liked most of the products I have purchased, such as the 7 pairs of women's gloves with slip resistant grips. I use them a lot when housekeeping, and use them as an extra layer inside gardening gloves and rubber gloves when I wash my dishes. Most of the house cleaning items are very chintzy, but they still come in handy. I have been very happy with DIY home cleaning tip/many use for books, and other books I have purchased over the years.
So my point is buy wisely, google reviews on the products, and take advantage of the occasional "Only 5.99 shipping & handling", and yes the $30.00 free gift. I have received truly beautiful good quality gift cards and bags, and enough little boxes of kitchen gadgets to use them as Christmas stocking stuffer's for my five adult children's homes, also customer service has been very good the couple of times I have had to call.
So to wrap it up, buy occasionally, play games, have fun and don't get caught up in the emotional frenzy.

They lead you to believe you've won, place false advertisements... and you're left with a hefty bill

I paid for an item that I received (the other item was never sent). I paid for what I received with the statement that I received. I started getting late notices. I was finally able to make it to the bank and found out that PCH had cashed the check! Customer Service told me that they had NOT. I emailed PCH, trying to get this matter cleared up to no avail. I called today (after the bank) and was told that the payment had been applied to the item I NEVER recieved. I explained all of this and told the lady that I wanted it fixed as a new statement sent (as I ordered a couple of items, one of which broke). I was informed that a new statement cannot be sent after the account is corrected. Both times I spoke with someone in Customer Service, they had thick accents and had problems understanding what I was saying.

I would give you guys a big fat zero, but the star rating does not have that.

I have been a loyal participant with PCH for nearly 13 years. I enter nearly everyday. Via PCH Search, Frontpage, and my daily email entries. I have purchased so many products of theirs throughout the years, and many items are cheap! (Their jewelry is good)
I am becoming disgruntled, because after all these years I have spent ordering / entering, I have NOT won anything! Not even a 50 dollar prize. My sons tell me to stop playing, and especially, STOP ordering, because there is no reward for loyalty to PCH.
I can say I am not ordering as much as I once did, because I got wise, (living on SS only)!
I still enter nearly everyday, but I no longer get any hopes up of ever winning the big prize.
I have spent thousands throughout the years on their products, and many were disappointing, to say the least. I have been satisfied with their jewelry, some linens, and mens socks. But the rest of the 'stuff' I have ordered is junk!
Yes, I am disappointed with PCH, making people like me, believe that I could actually WIN something. Someday. If it sounds too good to be true, IT IS. I still enter, but with caution, and common sense now!
