While I understand the goal of the app is have the user click as many adds and confuse the person, STILL I was expecting a degree of ethical conduct but I was wrong! The frustration of being stuck at a level and no matter what I clicked on, nothing worked! Site was frozen! This came in addition to receiving merchandise I did NOT order and being billed for it. My attempts to contact PCH customer service went unanswered! Scam all the way! Deleting this useless app and time to contact BBB about the merchandise I didn't order but I'm charged for!

I placed an order with a $30.00 coupon offered. What a scam, they send a FREE item of their choice for $30.00 and charged me shipping $6.99 for the $30.00 coupon FREE item. The FREE item was not even worth $30.00 plus shipping, insane! The Coupon offered of $30.00 was not honored on my order! I have no use for their cheap chosen $30.00 gift for which I was charged shipping. What a scam and deception. Back it goes in the mail. Do not trust these folks. I wish I could given them 0 stars

Products are from "Smart Home" and pre pretty low quality. Most items can be gotten cheaper for the same or better quality from Amazon.com. Getting them to lose your number or email or address is next to impossible. Getting them to cancel an order is next to impossible. Refunds? Forget about it. Best to stay away from this company. They suck you in with the sweepstakes and keep pushing the cheap products. Stay away...

I bought some supposedly razor sharp knives and there not, I bought them in December 2022 and thought I bought them with my charge card and I was told my charge didn't go thru. Then about a week later I received an invoice in the mail for the knives and paid it promptly, This is January 2023 and I get my credit card statement and find out the charge did go thru so, now I paid for them twice.I swore backing the 90s that I would stop doing any business with them, SHAME ON ME FOR NOT DOING THAT

Ive been playing for 6 years from 7:a.m in the morning till 10:00 PM at night. Hund reds of thousands of searches and a spent a lot of money on items you can buy at a Dollar store. You won't get any item for under $25.00 so you can rack up a lot money in 2 months of playing series of $5,000 dollar per week Super prizes. My last bill was $700.00 and my bill now is $800.00. My main gripe is they lead you on thinking you are winning and they already know you did not win.Waste of time and money. I guess I was too desperate to keep playing after losing my home and car. Don't let desperation cloud your judgement. The whole scheme is really brilliant and on prize day you can almost hear them saying "Got Ya" People do not need to partake in these schemes desperate or not. My whole family was always mad at me and called me a fool so I set out to prove them wrong. I feel like such a fool. Nobody is ever going to drive up to your house and hand you a check for $1,000,000. Or even $5.00. The game cannot be won. If someone wins it might be one time a year and they still give you payments on anything you win so I've read from other customers. When they are sending you a message on prize day telling you just wait and see if its You, they already know it is not you. That's better left unsaid instead of getting your hopes up. All is a big rip off. Play your state lottery.

I don't understand why our government allows a business to literally lie to the public about its sweepstakes and take their money without delivering the product. I also don't understand why someone like Steve Harvey with a good reputation would stoop so low as to sell his name to this horrible company.

Try to register they say no purchase necessary but I keep getting the run around on the website so I purchased something thinking that was my final step that's what they told me then I keep getting emails and mailing circulars saying I have one more step I call customer service number and this guy could not help me said oh you can call and register for the prize I told him no thank you take me off your list this is nothing but a scam and a run around I'm not buying no more crap from you all

The 3 stainless mixing bowls are very small, which isn't what I wanted but I could live with that. I can't live with the fact that the lids DO NOT FIT. The lids were why I bought this product. It is truly inferior.

Yet another sorry site that I warn all to stay from, you have to complete 10, yes 10 of these stupid nonsense surveys that look like something from a final exam in your senior year of high school, not to mention the rage they build inside you, forget gamer's rage it is survey rage this time, I've seen people throw their mice and keyboards in a fit of rage, I am one of those many, I am currently making addons for games as my hobby and side hustle now, these sites can fall into a volcano and burn.

I have been entering

Publishers Clearing house contests for seven years in a row now every day and have never won anything worth talking about. Since, they signed on with google ads, they have let google adds run the show. It now is nothing but an ad show now I have begun to hate them now. Its nothing but a circus side show with a million adds plus. You odds of winning anything are as good as winng anthing at an indian casono or playing the lotto. I have wasted so much of my time entering every sweepstakes they have and never won anthing big snough to brag about. You will never get rich wasring your time entering any of there sweepstakes. They are all rigged for you to waste you time watching all those worthless adds google puts on tnier site.

I am approaching the final straw with PCH. The Instacart ad which is 30 seconds without a skip plays continuously. If I press the reload icon, the ad may reappear or I have to wait the remainder of the 30 seconds to get to the next game. I have written PCH 5 times about this. When I respond to their surveys (if not a positive response from me), there is an error notice so they only accept positive responses. This does not reflect well on PCH. One has to think-what else is not legitimate.
I love playing the games when the ad situation is not a problem. I really don't expect to win more than the $10 or $5 that comes my way once a year. I am embarrassed to say how many tokens I have earned over the years.
What puzzles me is the lack of $5,000/$$7,000 a week winners announced each 3 month period.
There is usually the one million dollar winner for that period.
I am also embarrassed to say how many of their items I have purchased. Loved the cotton nightgowns which they no longer offer. However, the rest is junk and expensive-way over what one would spend at Walmart or a discount store.
Bet they have a lot of retired folks like me who spend time on PCH. Remember that stamps are now 55 cents. PCH has improved its ads over the last five years. Some of the stupid ads ran for 2 minutes and there was no skip. Ah, but that improvement isn't enough. Guess it's back to gardening, birdwatching, books, puzzles, and good neighbors. Well, everything in moderation.

Takes a little bit of time and patience. They only pay out with digital online cards now. I wish they would go back to the option of a physical card in the mail. Like Visa/Mastercard!

One of those usually will have it and better quality, no way over priced s/h. Usually in stock and a better price and get it the same day.
I have a life time 667,000,000 in tokens with 8,000,000 on hand. Due the math. Nothing in winning.

Nobody ever wins and you never hear about anyone winning, WHAT A SCAM, they just want u to buy buy buy.

Several times I received duplicates of a previous order. I have also had added items called a gift. The gift item is added to my original purchase which increases my bill.
