Paytm is the worst site ever. They make sure to not have a customer complaint helpline too. I ordered an iphone 6 and paid Rs. ******* online but these guys are neither delivering the phone nor giving a refund. When I emailed them on *******@paytm.com, I received a standard response that we will process refund once the merchant receives back the item. How can I make sure that item is received by merchant. I have not even received it. The courier company says that paytm has only made a pick up request but has not given the phone to them for delivery. Its been over 15 days with almost 10 emails and no result.

Paytm is a sham. Suggest everyone stays away from it.

Its a totally pathetic service from PayTM. I have waisted so much time in placing the order during the false 50% cash back promise. Now that the order is placed they are saying they can not deliver it and cancelled my ofder. Now I am left with Rs 5000 in my payTM wallet. I can not take it out. If sent to any bank an amount of Rs 4% will be deducted. This is a complete bull$#*!.

And one more thing I have now checked the item and it is still available at your website. If the item is still available for sell why the hell on earth it can not deliver it for my order. Now I feel that the 50% cash back is the thing PayTM is not willing to bear.

Guys be aware of this behaviour of payTM. I will make sure to reach this behaviour of PayTM to reach as much audience as possible

Apart from recharge i do not recommend buying anything fro them. They provided all the fake information including fake dispatch date, fake delivery date at last fake tracking id for blue dart. They say they have 24*7 support but it is of no use no proper support from support. Whenever i requested my information It feels like I am talking to machine no relevant answers provided to any of my purchase. I sent them 9 support mail and not even a single time they solved my issue. I still havent received my product yet. Struggling to get my ITEM here. Will never buy from them.

Highly not recommended. Dont look for their attractive cashback offers they are of no use. Its term and condition will screw you.

So… Someone, somewhere screwed up and Paytm ended up delivering a laptop for 30k instead of the originally ordered wifi router. Oopsie!
There's good stuff and there's bad stuff.
The bad: the original product wasn't delivered, the customer's actual requirement wasn't met.
The good: The customer is nice. He decided to inform Paytm rather than keep it. Paytm is nice. The customer was nice to them.

The result: Paytm might just decide to let him keep the laptop. Call it reward for honesty or token of thanks for the perceived negative PR which actually turned out positive!
Additionally, they might even send him the originally requested wifi router for free!

Someone on Twitter just called Paytm a ‘nice' company yesterday.

Here's why:

Took them less than 24 hours to create a huge buzz on twitter for Nepal relief. Pretty sure they would've managed to amass a ginormous amount of money to contribute to the relief fund. Needless to remind that they're also contributing an equivalent amount.

Like every other company trying to create a dent in the universe, they screw up too. The good bit: they admit it. They apologise. Then make up for it, turning haters into fans.

Apart from having a cool social marketing team (*******@Paytm on twitter), they seem to have a polite, smart customer support team.

And above all, the product - Paytm - the services: they're bloody good! I mean, how many other products / services do you know of that offer so much, (bill payments, recharge, wallet, shopping) all under one roof?

P. S: So the man decided to be honest about it. Do we really live in such a depraved world that a small act of honesty (which 'honestly' speaking, should be a given anyway, as its the 'right thing' to do), became headlines for online blogs and news dailys?

This is my humble request to all that better spend a bit of money extra and try to avoid buying any thing from paytm. They have the world pathetic delivery management system and once you get your parcel the real problem will start there after as they do not have a customer care centre and you have to write mails to them to which they will never respond. If u check help and faq on their site they have provided same two liner answer to all question.
Avoiding paytm is directly proportionate to avoiding uncomfortness.

His delivering and complaint resolution worst. I had purchase one card it yet not(8 day) delivered.

This is the first ever worst online site i have experienced. I orderd 1 TB hardisk and 8 GB memory card a week ago ( March 16th 2015) product is still not delivered, worst part is i got a SMS and the status of my order in Paytm website shows the part has been delivered.
I'm sending mails to the customer care on this, no response yet. They don't have Customer Care Contact number to raise your concerns.
They will never revert back for any of ur concerns / queries.
I'm so frustrated with this website. I already paid the amount online during purchasing the product. The cash back offer with a promocode which keeps popping up is also fraud.
Please don't ever use this site for any kind of purchasing. There is no assurance for your product after the purchase or before it is delivered.
