Again, be careful to this site,
I have 2 times withdraw money to my local bank, from May 15th, and May 16th 2019,
And until this day, i did not receive my money.
I have already contact them, no solutions, maybe my money gone,
How this happen, its scammer?
Why Paypal can't contact directly from email?.
Why They don't have online Live Chat? Like Payoneer?, example.
So we can contact directly,

They have another option to contact by phone, but, is very expensive from over the world.

PayPal is horrible

1st of all for those that dont know PayPal is so horrible that Ebay is on in process of taking PayPal out of there business site for 1 reason only and that's because of the large amount of unsatisfied customers making Ebay look bad so if a big company like Ebay is taking them out that's enoff to say stay away from PayPal you dont need them just use your credit or debit card and if there is any problems let Ebay deal with it also just to inform you PayPal is dealing with 3rd party companies out of the United states and there teaming up with them giving them the advantage of winning a case like what happened to me I purchased an item off Ebay 3 hours later the seller was kicked out of the site for not getting Authorized to sell the item I called Ebay notified them of the problem they sent me to PayPal after giving the seller 10 days to respond he responded on the 9th day now they gave me 3 days to respond but they never sent an email so they closed my case now I had to reopen my case giving the seller 10 more days he once again waited till the 10th day to respond and he did so once again PayPal informed me dont worry we will handle this and no more emails will be sent that was a lie and they sent an email that I had 3days to respond or I would loose the case so I called late at night before they closed and I got into a heated Argument with the Resources office and told them I could not get into the file to dispute it she kept telling me you must get into the file and file your dispute or I would loose the case I gave up send her to hell and closed my account...
Stay away from PayPal...

I bought jeans on Ebay and the seller discription says 30 inches but they are 28 inches. I contact Ebay with photo what shows the wrong size and they said go contact PayPal to get refund and return them. PayPal deny my case in half an hour without any proof been showed! I called them and they apologised and reopen the case again. THEY DENY MY CASE AGAIN! Useless company without any buyer protection. Be careful because they don't care every time

I bought a product from WOOFIXY using PAYPAL. The does not work but to get a refund, they want me to send the product back to China. The product is $40 and the shipping cost to return is $120. Duh who would send it back. WOOFIXY acknowledges product does not work but they won't refund the money. I escalate to PAYPAL and they side with WOOFIXY. Total scam and fraud all around. I will never buy anything using PAYPAL again.

Imagine this: someone sends me money. They should not have sent it through Paypal, but they did. I did not accept the money - esp given I requested PayPal cancel my account over one year ago but they obviously did not. I told them to just return the money to the sender. Now they refuse to send it back to the sender! Seriously, they are holding her money, I am telling them to give it back and they are refusing! The whole thing should not have even happened because I requested my account be closed over one year ago. Seriously fraudulent company. BEWARE! Both parties have already spend significant time. Now its time for a lawsuit!

We have been selling items with eBay and using PayPal for many years and this is the first experience with this happening. We had a return open with a buyer on eBay, we offer a 30 day return policy and honor it, 45 or so days after the buyer received the item. We and eBay closed the return, because of the 30 day policy. The buyer opened a claim with PayPal and we did not receive or see notice of the claim. PayPal gives buyer 100+ days to file a claim. We received a few days to review the claim and reply. Well, we did not see it until after the deadline. PayPal refunded the buyer $379.98 and did not have the buyer send us back the item. We did not receive a refund for the PayPal fees associated with this case. There is an "appeal the outcome" of this case within the closed case, but the only options are, "The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund" and "The item was returned but was not in the same condition as it was sent". We have contacted PayPal via phone and they state that we did not respond to the case when it was open so it was closed in their favor. They say that if we had responded the case would have been closed in our favor.

I have been a PayPal user for 17 years. I was always happy with their service until just two weeks ago. They have put in place new security measures that make communism look like freedom. Not even their security staff have the power to verify and override them! They are embedded in the computer program, so if you live a in cell phone dead spot or don't have a cell phone walk away. These big city one size fits all don't even have an email option just text. So try to send $6000 to a friend in Germany, next screen you get is a security check with your phone number to send a text, no other option (land-line in my case). You phone PayPal security and explain that you have no cell service at home and so therefore no cell phone, only DSL. They have no answer and no way around the check, no power to bypass it! PayPal has totally shut their own security support out. To add communist insult to injury this is all for my protection that I can't send my $6,000 to where I want. The actual truth is that they have an employee open system where office employees won't stop opening attachments and contaminating them with worms so your account is hacked and stolen and PayPal has to pay damages. Its not for my protection its for their legal protection.

Try to dispute a deceptive charge you will meet with deaf ears. I tried a "free for new users" app which i quickly deleted when it wasn't what i needed. Well, a mere 3 days later i am charged via paypal $79.99. I dispute the charge and they totally side with the merchant. (Some anonymous sleazeball out of China). BEWARE! PAYPAL IS IN BED WITH FRAUDSTERS!

Paypal was my favorite payment processing company ever but believe me today is the worst enemy I have. I signup for trial https://www.signalskyline.com for forex signal. After my trial period expired I cancelled my account with Signal Skyline a month later The money was deducted in my account by paypal claiming that I subscribe for recurring payment. I didn't deny but my worry was the seller claim that they didnt received money that is why I will not get any products... When I go to paypal they answer that I have bought the signals that I didn't received the worst case was the statement issued by their employee citing that I'm dealing with an African you know they don't comprehend anything they similar to Muslims... I drop the case. I have case number and mail transaction of all communications. I end the relationship with paypal and also removed it as payment processor of afroshub as well.

I can't imagine a service where the employees have no clue on any definitive process to solve problems. They either tell you there is nothing that they can do or refer you to another service. I've even had a rep hang up the phone when the conversation was going well. I didn't receive any call back and no email. PayPal never even asked for customers to fill out surveys for them because I'm pretty sure They know the kind of reputation they have.

This company really has gone downhill. I called Paypal 10 times because they kept on reversing my payments every time I made a purchase. It really was getting frustrating. I spoke to the agents, supervisors and a manager all stationed in the Philippines. After wasting my time hours on the phone with these ignorant people I got absolutely nowhere! They never kept notes.
The merchant never canceled my order and neither did I. I also have a perfect rating with this company as I have been a member for 12 years. They DID NOTHING! NEVER TOOK RESPONSIBILITY!
I hate this company... STAY AWAY!

I bought a Native American item paid through paypal (Low case) and never received the item the usps (low case) claim they delivered, but where? Not in my mailbox. I honestly think the mailman took the package for himself. But for my surprise paypal contacted me and said you loose your case meaning you did not received your item and also you loose your money There is nothing we could do the because usps claim the package was delivered, delivered where? Not in my mailbox. I feel robbed by eBay, seller j&m state?, usps and paypal. I will never ever use their services. They get from me a big ZERO to the left. Thank you kindly. MP

I delivered a website for a UK employer named Pravi. She paid on paypal & disputed money. Paypal didn't listen me even i provided all proof and refunded her money. Not recommended. Full of scammers.

By profession i am a web developer. I was hired for website development work by a UK employer named Pravi on 16th March 2019 i had completed her work on 1st march 2019 and after that she made payment on paypal and asked me to upload her website on her server. As soon as i uploaded website on her server she changed all credentials of her hosting and website and disputed money on paypal.

I shared all proofs and screenshots which i communicated with buyer and provided all valid proof. First dispute came in my fovor then again buyer Pravi made a false appeal on paypal without any proof and paypal again made money on hold and asked me to provide additional proof. Again i provide all the proof to paypal resolution center but they didn't care my valid proof and returned money to buyer. I appealed again and this Sh**t company didn't give me a F**k and decision made in favor of buyer.

If you are a service provider i will strongly recommend not to take money via this website for your work otherwise you will loose your money if buyer will make a false complaints as you don't know which buyer is fraud or scammer. This Company Paypal full of scammer and didn't caring sellers proof and returns money to buyer without caring any valid proof.
