They are a sh***y $#*! company I filed a dispute back on May 30th 2020, i gave them proof from the post office that I never received my item. I was told that the dispute would be resolved on July 4th and guess what July 4th came and went and now they are tell me that it's going to take longer to resolve this. And they keep pushing back the date instead of just giving me my money back. DONT TRUST THEM THE DONT HONOR THEIR BUYERS PROTECTION THAT THEY CLAIM TO HAVE!

Paypal will do everything they can to avoid doing the right thing. They will avoid paying you your refunds. They will pass you from machine to machine and then hang up on you. They allow scammers to thrive, and, in fact, they may be scammers themselves. They are there not to deal with you, but will gladly use your money. Be aware. The best thing this company can do for the public is go out of business.

PayPal is one of the worst companies EVER! My recipient never got either payment, and the customer service Pay Pal site made it worse. Instead of allowing me to find the money, which is lost in space, my attempts for help made a fraud claim on it, which is simply not the case. Pay Pal failed to deliver the payment, and took fees on top if it, also now lost. One of the payments even had bank fees on top of Paypal fees. Do yourself a favor -- just write a check. They have no customer service and I am more than frustrated now...

If it were possible to give less than one star, I would.
If it were possible to give a score of minus ten thousand stars, I would.
I ordered an electric bike in China and paid by PayPal.
When it arrived (after I'd paid import duty on it), it was... wait for it... a skipping rope.
Two months later, PayPal have said I will not be getting my money back.
My opinion is that PayPal are aiding and abetting a company that is blatantly fraudulent.
My advice is clear: DO NOT USE THEM!

Incidentally, despite being asked to, PayPal will not even let me close my account. Seriously, this is a major league bunch of numpties, this one. I cannot close it myself (it says there is a technical reason) and their staff will not close it for me. I mean, seriously... just how crap can a company be?

I filed a dispute 3 months ago against an overseas company who failed to deliver the item. Each time I contact Paypal they asked me to wait for 20 days for dispute approval. It's 4 attempt in 100 days that I contacted PayPal to get my refund but each the time they asked me to wait for additional 20 days. The representative I spoke to today said there is no set timeframe for us to solve disputes. I asked her then what is the purpose of offering dispute claims? She didn't answer to my question but she was keep insisting to wait for additional 20 Days.
If you file a dispute then please prepare yourself for mentally torture because they will start their 20 days torture waiting cyle and it will continue until you get really angry and tell them to keep my refund and stick it to your a**.

Paypal stops the flow of business. If you have a problem you can't connect with them and get an issue resolved same day. There is no number to call that is actually answered. They route everyone to a chat that is not monitored. You chat a message and then receive an email in hours or days that may not even address your question. If you reply, you start the days waiting period for a response over again, and you do not keep the same agent.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of my job, I have to use PayPal. My employer doesn't give me much choice. However, if I had the choice PayPal wouldn't be it. If you're having any issue, good luck getting help from customer support. It takes them ages to respond and once they do, it's usually a generic response that doesn't help the case. Don't get me started on the conversion rates.

I made the horrible mistake of buying one of these mosquito watches from Sonic Shield Watches. Beware of this company as well as they are a rip off too. I wanted 1 watch and they bill me for 4. I canceled my order immediately to which they replied, "too late, they already shipped." B. S. Then I reported it to Paypal who I thought would protect me like Amex. They had me send documentation which I did, then they denied my claim. I'm closing my paypal account and I'm done with them. See Rizwan A. Review. That's the similar experience I had. Beware.

They let you charge money from clients but once the client has paid, They put a HOLD on the funds that will only be released in a MONTH meanwhile they charge their percentage and make use of your money as their own!

Reminder of Bait and Switch Scam: a Conspiracy between AIKPRO. Limited (and some similar scammers in China) and Paypal. This just happened to me. I saw an advertisement on Facebook (yes, on this website) that a company AIKPRO sells a nice Foldable Picnic Table Set. I think it is nice to have one. So I ordered one at U$26.98 = A$ 41.48. After 3 weeks or so I received a cheap watche which is worth about $3 if I buy it in China. Firstly I was confused as I never ordered a watch, so I contacted the courier to give me more details of the sender. (I have email correspondence). In the meantime I also approach to seller by sending an email which was on their website, but the email address was wrong and the mail didn't delivered.

I came to realize that this is a bait and switch scam. So I turned to Paypal and filed a complaint and i ask full refund.

After 2 days the seller responded through Paypal that it can offer US$10 as a partial refund which i refused. I was continuously in contact with Paypal customer service and sorry to say was treated like a s***t statements like " May I refresh your memory" by Jocelyn.
Finally i was told by Paypal that seller is ready to refund full but i have to send the cheap watch back which i never ordered and bear the shipment cost.

Well, exactly like what this AIKPRO customer service were slow, Paypal told me that I need to return the product to the seller in order to ask for a full refund, according to its customer service policy. So I refused to return the product and asked for a full refund, pointing out to Paypal this is a typical bait and switch scam. Paypal simply ignored me.
It is amazing that Paypal keeps standing on the scammer side, ignoring the alerts, and continuing to encourage the scam. Now the scammer continue to scam with different company names. Paypal even deleted the scammer information from its community as a sign of sustainable support to the scammers. This is outrageous. (Please google with "aikpro limited site on community.com to find out more).

PayPal is a very horrible place to deal with. They definitely will not be around much longer. If you want to lose your money and not ever see it again just use PayPal. I've had the most horrible terrible experience dealing with them. Their customer service sucks. Their virtual person on their sucks. Don't ever use PayPal unless you never want to see your money again. TRY CALLING THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN PERIOD. I order some Jaylen Brown shorts for a website. I put a claim against www.paypal.com and they denied it since they send it was delieverd to me which was not www.USPS.com delievered it to the wrong address and I still do not have the product or the refund for $56.50 Updated now never had time before, I contacted some head boss in paypal in that person gave me the money back either onto the card or paypal balance- I forgot where but at least I got the money back

Received faulty item, Chinese company offered a refund when I took this up with PayPals Resolution Center, as long as I showed proof of return. Cost me nearly £24 to return to China, copied PayPal with proof of return. PayPal only paid £15 for postage return and despite seller offering a refund, PayPal declined my refund. So I am left with no item, paid nearly £9 extra to return item, so out of pocket and no refund of £59 for item returned. Will no longer use PayPal, will use my credit card, as they will refund if I have any problems with an order. Do not use PayPal, as they are as guilty as the scammers who get money from you. Their protection policy is not worth the paper it is written on!

There is no way that I can log in to my old email address with my new phone number considering my old phone number is not in use anymore. Tried to contact customer service no response. Cannot be trusted any such service with poor customer service. Stay away.

I bought 2 Contour Memory foam pillows from Walmart, but I received only 1 May 19th, file a refund claim with Walmart, they said 5 days for refund, 5 days nothing, Filed a Pay pal claim, No help, Wal ask me to close pay pal claim to receive refund, I closed and after more than 30 days, nothing, zero. Don't buy Walmart.com on hold for 4 hours every time.

When you buy thru them they say your payment is protected but its not even when fight it with proof. You have to wait over a month for a decision. They need to monitor their sellers more way

In March on the 25th I disputed a transaction after going to the merchant and asking them to take the item back that it was advertised as a full-frame lens, when in fact it was not. It is a crop lense. I have been waiting for a resolution since then. It is now June 28th and still no word other than Reviewing. I had to go to my bank to dispute the transaction. SO I am sure it will be 90 more days. Before I see my money. DO NOT do business with eBay's
