POOR QUALITY SERVICE

I HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD AND PLEAS FOR SERVICE HAVE GONE UNANSWERED. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AS I SPENT OVER 2 HOURS MONTHS AGO ON A SIMILIAR ISSUE. THIS TIME IT IS 2 ISSUES AND WITHOUT PP ASSISTANCE I AM REPORTING THEM AS FRAUD. OF COURSE MY CARD WILL BE CANCELLED AND A NEW ONE ISSUED BUT I HAVE TO NOTIFY THE DIRECT CHARGE USERS AND WE FACE THE POSSIBILITY OF CHARGEBACKS, CANCELED ITEMS.ETC.
ALL BECAUSE PP DOES NOT ABIDE BY THEIR OWN POLICIES! THIS IS THE LAST TIME FOR ME AS I AM (HAVE) CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. REMEMBER THEY DO NOT PERFORM TO THE BENEFIT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Now recently, paypal has started to charge for refunding back. Paypal is worst ever company which charges for multiple reasons for 1 single transaction, and no company can grow if business model or ethics is to squeeze customer (with so many number of charges).

So I had money sent to me for an emergency my bills was due so my mom sent me money and we used PayPal because it was a urgently matter PayPal put my money on hold for 24 hours and it wasn't the best outcome for my bills not being paid thanks to PayPal it was a reason we used PayPal to get my funds immediately but not with PayPal my 1st and final time using their app they are trash

Scammed again!

My PayPal account was scammed and 2 charges made by someone obviously not me were denied. They were investigating so after getting the runaround for 15 days I initiated an investigation with my credit card company. PayPal has now denied the case because of the credit card company investigation…. What a load of crap! They can't stop fraud so you go to your card company and they get pissed……worse yet is the customer service they offer. I'm done with them forever!

I'm glad CashApp and Venmo are taking over this company (PayPal) I have been member since 2009. Every single time I sell they place ahold on my money for almost 2/3 weeks it's very inconvenient and unfair I'm done dealing with them.

I purchased a camera and lens kit from an online seller and paid 'signature required service' as sale contract. But the seller sent me a fake package weigh only 0.6 lb and provided UPS tracking number shows 'delivered at front door with driver release'. Of course I did not get the package. But PayPal sided with the seller simply because UPS tracking shows 'delivered'. 0.6 lb... empty box? PayPal refuse to listen to my case further and offer no help to me as a buyer. I am filing a credit card charge back now. What a waste of my time. Good luck if you are still purchasing through PayPal. I am leaving for good.

Claiming "money laundering" PayPal keeps money sent through their service for it's own account. They violated freedom of information law by refusing to provide transcript of statements and claims they asserted while communicating with me. And they consistently changed their claims and reasons for failing to deliver the money they kept for themselves.
Simple flat-out theft.

I have had PayPal for about a year without issues but recently that has changed. I noticed missing funds from my debit card. I have been in contact with customer service and they said they will look into and get back to me. It's been 3 days now and no email from them. I am getting heated as I speak.

Went to order something on Etsy, PayPal pops up and says if you apply for and are accepted for our credit card you will get $20 off this order. So I applied and was accepted but the $20 off NEVER happened. Contacted customer service and Daniela asked me basically to prove it so I copied and pasted the info back to her. After that I got no response until I texted that I was going to complain to sitejabber which she replied to 16 minutes later. Then she said she was going to transfer me to the credit dept and I was back on ignore. It's been well over 10 minutes and I'm still on ignore. I'm so done with this company. Won't use the credit card they gave me after today.

Poor customer service

Your support team is lousy this is the 3rd time I opened a case against a vendor and you did nothing but close the case. I spoke to Norton and they verified the email and physical address associated with the order wasn't mine. Why couldn't you do that? Why do I always have to do your work for you? It's a shame that you really don't provide good support to your clients, if you don't want my business just say so. Stop dropping cases so fast without properly reviewing the issue or at least have a discussion with me first.
I was issued a full refund from norton after they review the complaint.

Paypal refused to help when I had an issue with a purchase despite me spending over an hour talking to multiple customer service agents. Now they allowed money to be received in my account, but blocked me from spending or accessing it. Why not just block the whole account then? Oh yeah, because then you can't scam the money from people. Literally thousands of posts of how they have scammed money from people this way. They should be shut down. They no longer provide security for purchases and then directly scam customers.

Time to leave PayPal

Beware! Care.com continues to charge my credit card after canceling care.com. Had to cancel the credit card, PayPal allowed unethical care.com to change a different credit card. PayPal fees are outrageous! I've canceled PayPal. Wish I done it years ago!

My inactive PayPal account with an expired bank card attached to it was charged without my knowledge. Instead of declining the charge my account was overdrawn and has a negative balance l. I tried to resolve it twice and they declined to help both times. So I had a my partner transferred founds to my account the funds were immediately used to pay off the debt but now I have $1.20 limbo I can't spend it or give it back or delete my account without attaching a new bank card or bank account. The bottom line is that PayPal will continue to charge things to your account regardless if there's an active bank account attached to it. They don't care if you've approved the payment. And they want ALL of your personal info including bank online bank log in info, and ssn just to have a *******@cking paper check mailed to you. It's not worth the hassle and the customer service is abysmal at best!

Paypal favors vendors, not vendors customers. I cancelled AMDB on January 19 2022. See email confirming. In March this vendor billed me again. PayPal received the cancellation confirmation email below, and still denys the claim. I am not PayPals customer, I am their victim. So are You.

Fast delivery

Love inbox dollars because you can earn money fast if you want. I cashed in for a card for paypal and it was delivered within 3 day just as was stated in the email. I definitly will keep coming to inbox dollars to earn money to get it quickly

Pay pal is scandalous

They are not clear on how long they will hold your $. Even after they place a hold. First it was for release in 5 buisness days. Then after the 5 days went to over 3 weeks holding money I earned outside of pay pal. I performed service for a customer who wanted to pay by online credit card had nothing to do with paypal until I figured pay pal to be the quickes and easiest. Boy I was wrong I figured they do this to make interest on everyone's money. They say security but they take there fee automatically this first day. The way things are today games are not what people want to play when it comes to eating. When and if I get my $ from them I am deleting my account to never be reopened. Terrible customer service and all questions answered by pre loaded answer robots. Terrible experience! Never again getting rich on your money.

I was a Paypal user for over 15 years and trusted them, I explained how i got duped from a seller for 24 dollars and gave them my info and they took weeks for the revue then sided with the seller. Anywhere else I have never had any issues as Amazon always sides with the seller so eBay now pretty much the same model to stay in business. PayPal never took into consideration how long I used them and even tho only 24 bucks that was still an insulting slap in the face so I will never use them again and tell people to stay away from them.

Fraud organization

Paypal is hackable and they assisted a person in stealing money from us. When we contacted them for help they said the payment was for friends and family. This is a flat lie and they now refused to help. I contacted our bank and they are helping us get the money back. Paypal is a fraudulent company and i will not use them again. I would recommend you think about what you are doing working with a company like this.
