I have multiple online businesses and use various platfroms for my payments like payoneer paypal skrill and others but payoneer is the best in terms of customer care. I wish payoneer services were available with every online marketplace and specially crypto exchanges.

Payoneer's process is very slow

Very bad experience. How come the cancellation of my withdrawal is taking 14 days? Come on! You can do better than this. Its clear that my bank account is close and they cannot even see any transaction coming to my account. Nonsense policy payoneer! Why not verify if my bank is still active or not? If its proven that its inactive then just charge my money back to my payoneer account

Most of the bank transfers that are sent from our system land to our customers' accounts timely. We're very sorry that you have encountered the difficulties that you've described.

When a payment reaches a bank account that is not active anymore, it can take these 14 business days to the funds bounce back to the account. This time is due to involve other parts, as our bank providers, in the process to return the funds.

I completed work for a company that uses payoneer to pay their consultants, totaling more than $1500. 00 waiting to be paid to me, Payoneer will not approve my account to receive this payment and I have sent so much paperwork and documentation to them to prove that I am me. Every single thing they asked for I sent into this company only to be denied over and over again. I was requested to send the same stuff again many times. I even got a new social security card because they kept denying my original. Now after months of going through this they deny my account and close it completely with no chance of getting paid now. I worked hard for this money and every time I call to speak to someone and ask them for headquarters information or someone above their department, they do not give me anything other than the same response of - you will receive an email. I am going to send a letter to the Attorney Generals office and the CEO of the company. This is not fair.

Customer Care Service is Terrible

Customer Care is almost unreachable. Winding through the verification is too complex and unnecessary the least. It's the worst customer care service that I've experienced in the past few years in the financial industry. If you lost your phone (which happened to me) and the phone number linked to your account was there, don't expect there's a proper solution for you to access your account again. It took me 2 freakin weeks to patiently wait for a resolution and up to this day I can't access it. Customer Care support via email is just trash - they keep on asking private personal questions and pertinent documents/information without giving any single bit of resolution to your concern. Such a useless department!
