I am really happy that i found Payoneer, because paypal and other online payment systems have limited features in my country. So with Payoneer I was able to do e-commerce business easily and effectively.
Customer service that was offered was of the highest level and not only did the rep listen but she clearly understood and as such provided a quick and simple solution that was really a "wow" moment for me. Excellent company that obviously takes its customers seriously as was very clearly with the 5 star service offered.

However due to the company policy, which I think is not susceptible considering I do not own a big company or not receiving large amount of money, the rule of 50usd minimum amount of withdrawal/payment is not friendly enough for individual/ small business like me. Please make it more consumer friendly as i believe that is your target.

The first time I am using Payoneer I received a payment from my new customer for Business once the payment was received into account, the account shows as disabled and balance blocked, and trying to contact customer care says that will take up to few business days to clear, and my new customer is pushing me for business, how can do business as my payment has been blocked by Payoneer. It's a big amount as *******. 00 Canada Dollars. I am totally disappointed to do business having an account with Payoneer.

I lost my contact number on my profile setting and had to change it. The system does not allow you to change a mobile number and Elmerina at the support centre who I spoke to once I contacted the support centre, gave me a very professional and excellent service.
