We did not becomes satisfied through verification issue. Our issue is going pending regarding verification from the 9/august/2021 to still. I have remining document submit on 25/26- august -2021. Resolved issue asap.

What happen the Teams
I have created so many account but teams always blocked my account team is say 1 person 1 account but i don, t have any active account i have send so many times emails just say create new account when i create new account after the teams locked my account who will sloved my problems why not fix that problems i have created more than 20 account but now active account is 000 how many email i have to create

That each time for the same issue I will be connected to a different call center is not comfortable. The time will be wasted till I explain from the beginning and the new call center checks all the info, too. If they can not solve the issue in one day, I appreciate it that they tell us how long we have to really wait. Telling us the fake waiting time, make us nervous.

I got through to customer care via one of their phone lines, one of the representatives answered my call and guided me on what to do for my issue to be resolved.
It was quite fast and commendable.
My name is Ahmed Ali (Customer ID: *******), I have a UK account in Payoneer. They blocked my master card without any previous notice. I contacted them for this issue, they said its because they moved their account to the new bank. They told me that I can request a new one as long as I have certain amount of money in my account! I told them that they have to issue a new one automatically because it was their fault and its their responsibility to fix the issue transparently.
The worst experience is as follows:
I received a money from Google Ads and I made a bank transfer to my business partner in Sweden, they immediately suspended this transaction and ask to verify my address that I couldn't verify because I moved my business to another country. After some days, they blocked my account!
I opened a ticket for this issue and they told me to open a new account for the new business address/country and then I can ask them to move money from the blocked account to the new account ("Once the account is approved all the funds in the previous account will be transfer to the new account. Let us know and we will further assist you to solve the issue.": Reference Number: **************). I followed their instructions and created a new account (customer ID: *******) and sent all the supporting documents for the new address verification. After then, its blocked! When trying to log in. I contacted them for this issue and its two months later and account still blocked with no response to my tickets.
I made another account (Customer ID: *******), created successfully and then blocked after minutes.
I can say that I have Payoneer has robbed my money and is totally a scam.
Payoneer, pay attention: I will file a complaint to the US authorities as soon as possible.
Generally Some information in Indian Documentation is missing little bit and you should consider in approval.
Your approval is delay... And customer waits and then left your portal. I am waiting also for 3-4 days

I had an issue with the currencies on my account. I previously have GBP, EUR and AUD.
I couldn't add USD under manage currencies. When I called their support team, I was answered right away and my issue was resolved quickly.
I have one confusing Verification message, and when I call the customer care, I spoke with Em (sorry if I dont get her name correctly), and she was more than helpful and polite. She assist me to go over my issue, in less than a minute. Thank you EM.
