Well first of all in Turkey many people using payoneer and calling customer service is so pricey. Why you didnt have a Turkey customer service number?! You should think about it. The person I talked with very kind and clear but she cant help me because of payoneer system. Waiting for a digital transfer 5 days! This is nonsense. You should check your policies again. You're already making enough deductions when transmitting money. So system have to work much faster than this.
Had an issue with the account name. While on the call with the customer representative the issue was sorted. Time management on point.
Its really easy and fast to use. Freelancer like can use it to send receive payment easily anywhere in the world with great security.

Keeps on putting my payments on pending. This is a great inconvenience as I have been transacting through payoneer, why put payment on pending for that long?/
My account has been pending review since July 24th, 2021. I have explained this to Abigael at the Customer care desk. She has promised to take up the matter after verifying my ID. Am so grateful that my account will be approved soon.
