Trying to reach customer support for several days already. When I call they say that they can only provide support for active accounts. What about new users, huh?
Got my payment cancelled, have no idea why. Sent 4 emails, received same automatic answer over and over again. So how should I start using my account, if I can't receive funds, don't know the reason and customer support is not helping at all?

I had issue providing necessary required documents to verify my payoneer card, has the documents issued in my country doesn't meet the requirements. A very polite agent attended to me and I requested the cancellation of my card request, despite our conversation been cut off due to low phone subscription, after view moment, I find out that my request has be resolved. I closed my old account that i not used in wile and open new account but its blocked and i contact support center and email my problem they professionally treated my and gave very friendly service for me, problem not solves yet but i surely hope it will be solving near future. You are likely to spend a number of days when creating your account because the steps and alternatives to do so simply don't work, the customer service doesn' t seem to be continuosly available and the support center (email, chat) may only provide automatic responses which merely repeat what you already know and have been attempting to overcome the difficults in that process.
Overall not too bad maybe review you account approval system. Theres no clear communication. And what happens to non national residents like me?
