They are really trustworthy at saving your money really save that they not really like to give it back. As a money investing customer there few point that you would question payoneer about.
- Firstly why are they review my bank account for weeks? It's my money that i want to transfer to my bank account.
- Second thing is they have monthly, daily and worst of all minimum withdrawal limit.
Honestly why? Why there is minimum limit that's wierd isn't it. It's not like i borrowing their money or free using.
Hello, i was using payoneer for a while and so far service was okay. Its not awesome but as long you dont require any support its working at least.
A few weeks ago i received following mail:
Thank you for contacting Payoneer Customer Care. We regret to inform you that, due to a violation of Payoneer's Terms & Conditions, you can no longer receive or make payments using your Payoneer account.
We have closed your account and deactivated any Payoneer cards you may have. As such, Payoneer Customer Care can no longer provide assistance for your account.
Due to regulatory reasons we are unable to share the exact reasons for closing your account, however account closures are typically due to:
potential risk associated with an account
complaints filed to Payoneer about an account holder's activities
company websites with questionable content
fraudulent activity detected in an account
Now i cant login to my account anymore, i also cant contact and speak to the support, i am a music producer and just received my regular music payments. I'm a real person and the only potential risk or fraudulent activity is provided by payoneer behaviour.
So what can i do to get my 3500€ back?
Unability to withdraw money from account under a minimum amount; high fees; can't believe I was asked by a partner to create an account to get paid; should have gone with the other option
My experience with Payoneer has been HORRIBLE to say the least. Their customer service is extremely hard to locate on their website. When the contact info is located, the wait times for customer service are very long (within 2-3 hours) and when you do get a representative they always seem clue-less about your problem. Their English is very bad and they are quite unpolite. This is the only customer service I have contacted and they DO NOT HAVE A Supervisor/Escalation Representative to speak to. They don't have an option to transfer to the USA. They never give sound explanations.
I am stuck with a verification problem for about 5 entire weeks going back and forth with these people and yet to get it resolved. Payoneer is a very shady company with poor customer service. Please do a google search on how BAD they treat their customers (locking accounts for no reason, stealing people's money) they even have been sued by governmental authorities for violations and had to pay out large sums. This is a shady company I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.
If you forget your phone number, you get locked out forever and there is no human being available to ever answer you to solve your issue. Ridiculous.
Im a forced moved Ukranian (due to war), living in foreign country so freelance is the only possibility to get some money. I got a salary to Payoneer (old account with tons of transactions) and they blocked it. Without any reasons, any notifications, etc.
1. First time i contacted them via live chat i got such answer: "your account is under review and it can take up to 7 business days".
2. On my second attempt i got such info from the support team: "you will get an answer by email within 48 hours" ofcource the lied.
3. On my third request i got such answer: Julia: This case is in high priority now and escalated with our Account Security Department in the incident **************. Kindly wait for an update via email within the day. Of course i havent got any email.
4. Fourth attempt via live chat was a disaster - they said that all 3 support workers i spoke before made a mistake.
Facebook support - doesnt response for ages.
Twitter support - doesnt response for ages.
Conclusion: if you can avoid Payoneer - AVOID it, as its a scam. Now or later they will scam you.
The last thing i will try is a courtyard. Hopefully im working for a huge company and boss agreed to make a suite.
I am a freelancer, I received payment from my work, immediately my balance was blocked without warning, and no reason was given.
I tried for 2 weeks to contact someone for some help to fix any issues, received only chat bots and auo responses, then yesterday I was informed my account was closed.
No reason given for this. My money is still there, I need it to pay my rent and to pay for food for my children. I get no answer from anyone. They are total scum in payoneer. Heartless souless scum and trash.
They will be repaid in kind for their actions, rest assured of that.
I am one of thousands online who have suffered from these thieves and scammers. If only I had seen the reviews before I signed up to them!

I have been trying for over 2 months to open an account. They blocked my old account, provided incorrect instructions (Customer Care) and then banned me. Now I cannot get paid. The Customer Care agents do not even read the emails nor it is within their scope of work to do anything to help. Customer Care just deals with complaints. No care at all. Paynoeer is terrible, please read all the reviews before using it. Chose another method! DO NOT USE PAYONEER
I've used Payoneer for 4 years and it hasn't become a user-friendly service. Very helpless support, overall, the support center is slow and unqualified, My account was blocked, after that, I unblocked it and then it was blocked again due to my another account which I asked to delete and unlink from me because I didn't use it. Also, they can send an email to you and even don't track whether it arrives. One time I called support and they said we sent an email 2 weeks ago, but I didn't receive this letter, and nobody controlled l it. You can get absolutely different feedback for the same issue from different support workers. Payoneer takes 2% for transactions, but even can't spend some time and money for better user support. I definitely do not recommend you to use this service and I recommend for Payoneer to integrate a good CX/CS system, you will be surprised by responses from your customers.
Payoneer blocked my account without any reason. I only withdraw funds from the freelance website and spend my money on Facebook ads. This is all I did with payoneer. Now they blocked my account. I asked them to send back my funds or give me a reason why they hold my funds. But they didn't reply. My only question is why they hold clients' funds. Even Payoneer didn't allow a personal transaction for my account. I asked why they don't allow personal transactions they didn't give any answer. Then a few days later they disable my account and take all my funds. Can they use my funds as their own?
They are a total scam. I got ripped off and it was very obvious they would do absolutely nothing to help. All transactions are final. What a joke.

I have been a client of this company for more than four years. The way my issue has been handled with having settings changed on my account has been absolutely disappointing. I used to be able to send USD funds to another Payoneer account holder but the function was removed for no reason, leaving me with the GBP and EUR functions only. That means I have to convert my USD currency before sending it out and I am charged for that. When I asked for this feature to be reactivated, Payoneer gave me all sorts of stories and I still haven't gotten any assistance or a satisfactory answer. I also can't lodge a formal complaint with them as they don't fulfill things they say they will or just ignore emails altogether. A colleague who queried the same issue was able to get immediate assistance and the feature was reinstated immediately after a brief conversation on Twitter, however, my problem has been ignored.

Payoneer does not care about people in Ukraine at all! That's why my account was blocked. My account was blocked for NO reason. And now, when I sent all my documents (as was requested) - the customer support team (which seems to be drunk since they don't speak clearly), promises 24-48 hours for unblocking my account when already a month passed by already! I am totally frustrated!

It's been 4 day's trying to get approved as a buyer for Ebay, when contacting Payoneer get same story please wait 1-2 days. This morning i get email my doc's are wrong, but initially a agent (Lester) checked the doc's and confirmed on chat its correct and he submitted it for approval. Today it's not correct so need to wait 48 hours before a outcome, a bank account is easier to open. They running a circus not a business and ebay is allowing this!

I am new to payoneer and my experience has been disappointing. I wanted to edit my name arrangement, but support didn't reply, I was not given any receiving accounts, Global Payment Service was not functioning. Sent several tickets, but it gets closed and no response. Live chat cancels chats before 1 minute.
