First of all, I want to let you know that these guys won't let you receive money.
It's been around 4 days since my client sent the amount through the Payoneer request payment feature.
I even sent them proof of my client who sent me the amount.
Also, they were not responding after 1 more day they sent me an automated email of. We need some additional information from you to process the following payment:
However, my account is long old a decade, and almost all the pending verifications are approved but still they never respond they hold your money for a long even if you are in a hurry.
No responsive support. Many holidays in a week.

Worst company. They say get FIRC in your own account, I have business account and am suffering from the last 2 months to get FIRC, but neither its showing in my account nor they bother to help me, tried all channels of communications atleast 15 times but nothing yet, chat agents are so dumb that they can't even understand your exact issue. I have lost 3 lacs INR which i was about to get as a refund friom gtaxation department due to not fixing issue of FIRC. I am closing my buisness account from payoneer. Its so convient to use PAYPAL and razorpay as you can download FIRC in a click.
Their customer service is absolutely horrible. When you need help you have to shift through articles and then it gives you the option of "live agent" but then it makes you send them an email which they immediately respond with an article from their website which solves nothing.

Payoneer canceled my payment and I still have not gotten back my money. Customer support is the WORST and there is no one who can resolve the real issue. After weeks I still have not been reimbursed and repeated calls and emails have not rectified the issue. Terrible service and the worst company.
I am a freelance designer. I work on 99designs.com and Freelancer.com. But I can't make any transactions for my Payoneer account because they blocked me.
I don't know what was the actual problems but they said I break the Terms and Conditions.
After that, I request to close my existing account so that I can open a new account but I tried several times I was not able.
And for that reason, my freelance career will end here which I can't believe yet because there are no other alternatives for the payment gateway. Paypal is not supported in my country (Bangladesh).

At the beginning of using Payoneer everything was excellent, payments without delays, fast notifications and a very good card, all this went to the floor since I verified the information they asked me for endless times and even so they suspended my receiving accounts, but the more serious problem happens with my 8465 card which was somehow compromised and used in a site without my consent for more than 1100USD, I reported said fraudulent transactions and asked Payoneer for help to please return my money and deactivate said card and Guess what? They asked me for all the information and details and they told me that they would help me and that I had to wait up to 90 days, I tried to contact the merchant and obviously they asked me to report said fraud to my bank, which would be Payoneer as my provider. Compromised card, as of today almost 80 days have elapsed and no chargeback or any report or dispute has even been issued and I have contacted several times and only m and they ignore it, almost 80 days of those 90 days have passed and I still don't even receive any help of any kind, I never had any problem with Payoneer or with my card and this was my only problem and Payoneer has been totally indifferent with my situation, I I was totally disappointed, and I recommend you be careful with this company especially because their customer service is lousy and they do not protect your money and they do not assume any responsibility even if their terms say so, sad to have lost my money because this platform simply allows theft from its users.
Their service is so crappy and I can't seem to get a seamlessly flowing transaction with Payoneer. I have to reach out to customer support everytime I am to receive money for it to show up in my account. Their service is not true to it's mission and it's affecting customers greatly. Plus the reps can't even provide proper assistance at 1st contact. Is like they are stuck to a script rather than addressing the issue at hand. 1 out of 10 times I happen to get my transfer without an issue and their time limit is crazy! Very poor service and I wouldn't recommend Payoneer to anyone. Choose Xoom or Wise instead!
Worst experience ever, alongside with worst Customer Service. I'm highly dissapointed. They are holding your money for more than 15 days, and no matter how hard you try to talk to them (Customer Service) they are telling you the exact same thing you have already heard. When you contact Customer Service, they fill out your report, apologize multiple times and do absolutely nothing for a long period of time. Nothing, not even providing you needed answers. PayPal is much better, they are taking you, your money and concers much more serious. Payoneer is not worth your time, money, and especially your days of worry because they suck at what they should do. Also, system is crashing everyday. If you use this software, your employers will be extremely angry with you. Like I said, would not reccomend to anyone!
I had an old account but I didn't use it very often. Then I had to get some payments so I could pay for university but as soon as I got a large amount from a relative, Payoneer locked my account. They asked for level 2, level 3 verification (again) which I sent and completed. Then I got an email my account has been disabled (blocked) and contact them. Been over 1 year, still waiting...
After that I can neither log in, nor get my money out!

15 days ago, payoneer blocked my account out of the blue, they said I violated their terms.
I don't really care about the account anymore, they don't want to give back my 8300$, I have been contacting them for 15 days now without any solution, they will keep telling you that department is reviewing your case, and its complete BS.
Stay away from this scam company, they will block your account and keep your money, they won't even tell you what will happen to your funds or how you will withdraw them.
I suggest you all, if you have same problem, lets sue this company
Payoneer is a major fraud. My account had over $95,000 and they suddenly blocked my account. Now they are not replying OR answering. I only get automated replies saying that they can't tell me the reason (I suspect its because I traded in Crypto but I did nothing illegal. I have all receipts, trades and am verified with ID, face, selfie etc)
I have come across other people as well who got their accounts blocked due to different reasons
I should receive 55.40 USD and I only received 24.27, that's 56% of taxes and hidden fees they just stole from me...
Locking accounts and not responding to attempts to contact.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING TRYING TO CHANGE THE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH MU TWO FACTOR VERIFICATION SINCE OCT 10,2022. HERE IT IS OCT 17,2022 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RESET EMAIL AFTER SENDING IN CONFIRMING I WANTED TO CHANGE MY NUMBER AND VERIFIED MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION. I KEEP GETTING TOLD THEY ARE AT A HIGH VALUE 7 DAYS LATER AFTER BEING TOLD 48 HOURS. THIS IS NOT A GOOD SERVICE TO USE WITH INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS. ITS ONLY ONE DEPARTMENT AND THEY EMAIL THE DEPARTMENT AND YOU HAVE TO JUST SIT IN WAIT DAYS UNTIL ANYONE RESPONDS. BUT I BET THEY RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW. I was using payoneer for quite a while and actually all was fine until one day payoneer closed my account, the support didnt answer for months so i dont know what i should do to receive my money back.

My company is legit and do online business. Im 100% certain i didnt violate any terms and condtions, so this is total bullsh*t. Im thinking now if payoneer is scam, because if some company block your account as paypal they will contact you and let you withdraw your money, while payneer ghost me.
I withdrew my money on the 26th, 3 days prior my account was blocked and the transaction was approved. Today is the 7th day and yet I haven't received my money. They didn't return it to the source. For some reason it has just varnished. Support does not reply to my tickets. This is a horrible service.
