Abject scum. They WILL keep your money. They will not help you, will send you endless circular emails asking for information - that they then ignore and state you have not given it.
You change your details, their computer will ask you for old details.

After months of fruitless attempts to access MY hard-earned money in my Payoneer account, I am left in complete disillusionment about this company's operations. Their customer service is a joke - or more aptly, a travesty! I've been met with robotic, uncaring responses each time I tried reaching out. Calls? They hang up. Emails? A pathetic copy-paste response that offers no solution.
I understand the need for security, but when a customer offers a myriad of documents to prove their identity, there should be SOME flexibility. Passport expired? I provided a birth certificate, social security card, a selfie (yes, a selfie), utility bills, my lease agreement... the list goes on! But alas, Payoneer's "support" is too rigid, too heartless to consider my plight.
And before anyone thinks this is an isolated incident, a quick sweep through social media paints a grim picture. Reddit, Twitter, forums – they're filled with dismayed users sharing their Payoneer horror stories.
In the vast world of online payments, there are choices, and Payoneer has proven to be the worst one I've ever made. Locked out, ignored, and disrespected. Buyer (or in this case, user) beware!
The support team has been highly disappointing. For nearly a month, we've been trying to get a resolution for a transaction that hasn't reached the intended recipient bank account. The level of service provided by the support team is far from what one would expect, especially from a banking institution.
The queue was not much long but it took some time. The live chat went smooth but the replies were little bit slower. The overall experience was nice. I would like to try more features they can offer in the future and may be give full 5 stars if. Recommend!
To say that my experience with them has been horrendous would be an understatement. They have caused me untold distress and substantial financial loss with their unprofessional conduct, their seeming unwillingness to address my issues, and their absolute lack of transparency.
For months now, I have been diligently providing services for my clients and rightfully earning my income. Payoneer, however, has time and again unreasonably cancelled my payments, leading to a loss of over $8000. As a professional with obligations and bills to pay, this arbitrary cancellation of payments is not just frustrating but life-disrupting.
My complaints and pleas to them seem to fall on deaf ears. Their so-called "customer service" is nothing more than a façade, as my numerous interactions with them have resulted in empty promises and misinformation. This has further exacerbated the issue, adding layers of confusion and stress. The lack of basic communication and a proper response from their team is unacceptable and is indeed a clear reflection of their poor service.
To add insult to injury, they have once again rejected two payments without any justification or proper communication. The financial loss keeps piling up and is now reaching over $10,000. These arbitrary actions and their total disregard for the impact it has on my livelihood is truly reprehensible.
Payoneer's conduct is not befitting that of a responsible financial service provider. There are countless similar complaints echoing my sentiment across the internet. Their arbitrary rules and unprofessional conduct are creating a toxic business environment for small businesses and freelancers like myself.
I implore you to take immediate action against this company. Their tactics have caused me a significant financial setback and untold mental stress, and I fear they will continue to do so unless properly held accountable.
The biggest scammers. I was paid 132 euros into my account, I tried to transfer funds to my bank account, they allowed me to transfer 101 e from which I received 73 euros, the remaining 31 euros I can not transfer, so out of a total of 132 euros I will use 73 euros, a very modest commission, i just do not know who is doing business with them at all. Bypass them and don't have anything to do with them, there are many other platforms where commissions are 1-2%, with Payonir it's almost 50%, DISASTER!
I attempted to pay a vendor who requested I use Payoneer. I'd never heard of them, so I signed up and started the process. After submitting payment, my CC was charged, but the payee did not receive the funds. Payoneer indicated "pending" on the transaction. After two days, I received an email with a request for picture of my drivers' license (front and back). Normally, I immediately abort such requests due to privacy concerns. But, being in a bind to complete the purchase, I reluctantly submitted the information.
Two days later, I see that the full amount has been refunded to my credit card. Obviously they did not complete the transaction and pay the payee.
I immediately went to the Payoneer portal to log in to find out what happened. I was greeted with "Your account has been blocked... Contact us". Fuming, I click on the link to get me their phone number. I was blocked from seeing that unless I was logged in. A real catch-22.
Fortunately the payee had their number and gave it to me. Upon calling them, I reached an agent who, through the most broken English I've ever heard, explains that I had violated their terms and conditions and my account was blocked. He could not tell me what terms or conditions were violated, but that the account was permanently blocked and there was no appeal. I asked to speak with his supervisor. No such thing. He kept repeating the same boilerplate reply. I finally hung up in frustration.
My real issue is that they must have know that I violated their T&C's BEFORE they requested my very personal information (photo, birthday, home address, DL number, etc). I was stupid for providing that. Still, they asked for it knowing they weren't going to approve the transaction. And now, I have no access to that data to deleted it. I feel violated.
They didn't even have the decency to send me any notification that the transaction was voided, or that the account was blocked.
Payoneer is good as a company, I've been there for 6-7 years, however, their quality is going down scandalously way. So, let's start. As a service. Payoneer works great, payments arrive on time from Upwork or to your receiving account, their card works perfect, just... don't dare to have an issue, they aren't even taking their phones now, which is a huge disrespect, their CS is decent, but not the best, especially if you get the bad luck to go to a higher level, let's say, verification. Let's start by the fact of mentioning I haven't been contacted by their verification team in 10-TEN days or more to clear this issue PAYONEER CAUSED, not me. I've been using Payoneer for about 7 years, and now, after 7 years, magically, Payoneer wants me to go over KYC. "FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE, as THEY-PAYONEER got my new address and origin country mixed up, so they sent me to KYC for their OWN MISTAKE" like if I were a new user, or still funnier, new to Digital Wallets, I do have PayPal, Payeer, Perfect Money, Neteller, Cripto Wallets, and never been asked to go over KYC more than once "That one time you create your account" So... if I verified maybe in 2017-18,WHY ARE THEY ASKING FOR THIS AFTER 6-7 YEARS USING PAYONEER? On top of this, their statement said "AS AN ANNUAL ROUTINARY CHECK" Heh? I've been there for 7 years, NOT A SINGLE KYC, but this one!. So, my credentials are expired, I'm waiting for them. GUESS WHAT... They can't make the exception, even when you're a 7 years customer.
Can not supply their regulators details - for 'Security Reasons!' How ridiculous! I received a payment on Monday morning - which was held for review, we were told 48 hours. After submitting all docs they requested we were told docs were verified successfully payment will be released. When we went to check there was a fresh set of docs they required so off course payment not released. We submitted those yesterday and now we are told another 2 days before they release. Asked Sharla for the name and contact details of their regulators which they refused to give for 'security reasons' Time of release has moved from 2 days to 'we will notify you as soon as it is resolved' in the last 5 mins! I run a small business and I am losing probably the biggest client I have ever signed because I can not perform on my contract with them.
This place is literally a piece of $#*!. They charge a ridiclously expensive annual fee and their customer service is non-existent. This is the worst place you can choose to receive payments. I loathe them! Do yourself a favor and do not make any business with these leaches!
Charged "Annual Account Fee" of $29.95 roughly just for not having transaction of $2000 within a year! How ridiculous! You're cutting away $3 from each transaction, wasn't that enough! You're robbing away hard earning money of lower-middle class freelancers of fiverr in absence of competitors. Everything will be remembered & justice will be done one day.
The most ridiculous part is you announced the new rule 1-2 months ago, but charging fees now without reaching end of year!
Registration process was not too hard, they never hold on any payments. But 2% commission is killing me

I am writing this again, hoping to be published at least on one website. I have to to express my concern about the recent decision to decline my payment and close my account. As a customer of Payoneer, I am disappointed by this action, which has caused me significant inconvenience and financial hardship.
I work for a legal company and have been using Payoneer for two years to receive payments from the company. I have always followed Payoneer's guidelines and have never had any issues with my account before. However, I was recently informed that my payment was declined, and my account was closed without any explanation or warning. It has been said they cannot support my line of business anymore?What business? It wasn't checked, because I do not own a company, I am an employer who has to support my family as well.
This action has caused me significant financial and reputational damage. I rely on Payoneer to receive payments from the company I work for, and this sudden closure has left me without a reliable payment solution. Moreover, I am concerned that this action may have legal implications for Payoneer, as it appears to be a violation of our contractual agreement.
I urge Payoneer to reopen my account and provide a clear explanation for the declined payment and account closure. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action against Payoneer.

Payoneer is actually the $#*!tiest platform ever. I have been waiting for their payment for 10 days with no success. So disappointing given how much they charge.
I called customer service, after emailing twos days before, to have a new log in created for our companies account. I was told that I would be contacted by another dept, but after three days I called back and was told that my case was being escalated and that I would receive a follow up email the following Tuesday. After that email did not come, I called and was told to wait a few more days. When I asked for a supervisor, the rep cam back on the line and pretended to not be able to hear me and hung up on me. I called again today, a week later, and was told that my case was being escalated and I would receive a call the following week. I again asked for a supervisor. After waiting for 22 minutes, the rep came back and said I needed to continue hold, then said "Are you there?" and hung up again. This company is a bunch of scammers and needs to be put out of business.
Very irresponsive service in terms of customer care and resolving issues in their systems.

My account was blocked for no reason and I contacted them 5 times but their agents are not replying.

My company is a seller on all the marketplaces of Walmart. That is walmart.com and Walmart Mexico. All 3 Walmarts use payoneer to pay for the sales that my company generates on these three websites.
Early this week we received a notice from Walmart stating that our accounts with them are all closed because payoneer suspended our account. Payoneer influenced Walmart to close our accounts because they allege they send us many emails requesting the same damn information that they have had from us for the last seven years we've been using them. Of course such a claim by payoneer is a total lie because we have not received anything from payoneer. We are looking for abused payoneer customers to see if a class-action lawsuit warrants against payoneer. In our opinion and based on all these reviews that we are reading that this company should be punished to the full extent of the law for the severe damage they caused our company and similar companies like us

DONT TOUCH THEM! I opened an account because I work for a company online and they insisted that I had to be paid via Payoneer. I had the account for nearly 2 years and in that time I received payments from my employer once a month and then transferred the money, after they deducted their fee, to my bank account in the European country that I live, I have never used it for anything else. Out of the blue one day I was told that my account was closed and my funds "indefinitely frozen"! I had had no warning, no request for any information, nothing.
I have also been told that I cant open another account either, not that I would do!
Despite many requests they wont tell me what I did to get the account closed nor will they issue me with a statement of my account nor will they release the balance on my account! All that they keep saying is that I "violated the T&Cs" but they wont be specific. I have checked the T&Cs and cant find anything in there that I have done wrong.
They keep saying things like "thank you for your custom", "have a nice day" etc which is even more annoying.
If I could give them zero stars I would do. Their behaviour is disgraceful if you do open or have an account with them move your money out the second it hits your account, you never know when this could be you.
