My account was blocked and no explanation was given. When trying to log int, the message "please contact us" appears. I have sent Payoneer 3 messages, and they all said they would get back to me in 2 business days. That didn't happened.
Part of my salary is received via Payoneer, and it's outrageous that a company can do this, give no reason for it, and then don't reply to someone that uses their service.

I have used Payoneer for almost a year now. And since day 1 there is never a time that I did not experience any delays in my withdrawals. This platform gives me headache all the time. Transactions showing completed on their end but it's not showing in my bank account. They always tell me that the money is already with my bank and that it's up to them to deposit it in my account. I say they are liers! I went to my bank and was able to speak to a manager and they cannot see any money transferred by Payoneer cause if there is one they will credit it to my account right away. What happened Payoneer are you holding on to the interest rates of my money since it will be converted to peso in my end? I will ask my client to switch to a different money transfer provider. These guys are a pain in the $#*!! It's been several days now and still no whereabouts as to where my money is. I withdraw that money for medical emergency, now my patient is dying and Payoneer is the one I will blame for the rest of my life.
Their customer service is very hard to reach. Impossible to be waiting for 2 hours on the phone and on the chat but no agent answering queries. Even emails it can take up to 3 days before they get back to you.

I paid a 3rd party. After 1 week of not receiving the service, i did a online chat to start a claim to get my money back. I had not heard anything from Payoneer, so i filed a claim with my CC bank. Payoneer responded to the claim stating that the charge was valid, I spoke with a representative at Payoneer, they said the claim i started with them was investigated, and they found that I had not received the service and reversed the charge from the 3rd party. But since I started a claim with the CC bank that they had to do the reversal on their side. I spoke with CC bank, and they stated Payoneer had denied the claim and stated the charge was valid. Each time I spoke with customer service from Payoneer I was given a different story until finally they said they could no longer help me. They kept the $999 that was reversed from the 3rd party and will not reverse the charge back to me. I feel scamed

I have had a worse experience with Payoneer. They can block you anytime with no prior notice or no warning. Also, they will not tell you, why you are going to block. So bad... I do not recommend others

They have little to no customer service and takes for ever to give you funds. Do not use them. When you call the operator hangs up and you can't get to speak with a person. I work online and getting my pay has been a horrible experience.

I got my last payment on Feb. 2nd. Today is Feb. 16th. And I can do nothing with these funds... Nothing at all! Customer support sends me auto-replies, and they are obsolete since they have changed their application. I keep messaging them sending screenshots and explaining the situation, but get no constructive answers. I can't update my bank accounts, for some reason I have reached the maximum, and the single account for withdrawal I have doesn't show up anywhere except my bank accounts, where all I can do is delete it. They said it's because my previous country of residence was Russia so that is why I can do nothing... It makes no sense. As well as you charging me $30 for maintenance when I get no help and answers.

I am in South Africa and I was selling a fridge for R3000. A Payoneer client Graham Lewis asked to buy the fridge and that was no problem. I was requested to pay R3250 for a pick up agent before Graham Lewis could pay the money I to my account. So I did as instructed and was promised that all the money would be sent to my account by 10am on 30/12/2021. To my shock, o received an email asking me to make an additional payment of R2000 in order to get my money. This is when I realized that they are scammers and they will keep asking me to send more money until I have no money to live. The supposed client Graham Lewis stopped replying to my emails and the Payoneer team has refused to help me with a simple refund. They took advantage of me because I'm a young black girl and left me stranded with no help. If there is anyone wanting to involve themselves with Payoneer I'd advise you to stay away and if anyone sees this and can help me I'd greatly and any help that I can get

I got email saying my account is Disabled, I got on the phone and a very helpful customer service rep name Julie was very helpful is getting me the information need to resolve the issue.
My issue is varification and it's still under process. I am waiting for it to be resolved. But satisfied with the customer care service.
Efficient when providing resolution. Csr is willing to assist customers, friendly and eager to resolve the queries right away.
This time is great but in future when i receive payment i need best service payoneer provided to me.

I'm very grateful to have Payoneer as an option to receive my funds. As getting a US bank account is very difficult for persons who are not residents of the USA.
