I cannot use my Payoneer card to recharge my debit card. Every time I use it, it says that an authentication error occurred, please try again later. They replaced my virtual card and remove the authentication process but my issue hasn't been resolved yet. I hope they can fix it because I need to use my money to cover all my month's expenses.

Payoneer is the worst financial service I have ever used. My account has been frozen for over 30 days with no explanation and no solution. They keep lying by saying it's "under review," but nothing ever happens. I can't withdraw my money, I can't receive payments, and my entire business is suffering because of their incompetence. Their so-called support team is a joke. Every day they send me useless emails saying "you'll be updated in 24 hours," but it has already been a month! This is not just unprofessional, it's unethical and abusive. They are holding my money hostage without reason. Payoneer is unreliable, careless, and completely untrustworthy. If you value your time and money, avoid them at all costs.
