I need immediate assistance from Payoneer support to resolve this problem and successfully complete the 2FA process.

You can definitely not rely and payer because they can for no reason disable your balance and not give you any information or send you any mail in regards to the situation. Imagine if you travel abroad and you bring your payoneer card with your money on it and they just disable your balance in your card and your left in a strange country with no money just because they decided to screw you like that… you can never rely on anything but cash and cash will dissapear soon.
