Por dos meses intenté obtener mi tarjeta payoneer sin ningún éxito, con la excusa que mi dirección no coincidía con la que tenia plasmada a mis recibos básicos del hogar 🤦 lo cual es una gran mentira.
Tuve que tomar tiempo de mi trabajo otra obtener una constancia del banco que tenia la misma exactamente misma dirección y esa sí me la aceptaron. Intenté varias veces mandando correos y chats para poder cambiar la forma de envío de mi tarjeta y nunca pudieron darme una solución, hasta que un conocido me dió el número para llamar y me atendió Saul super amable y le puso fin a mi pesadilla
Tenia una situación en mi cuenta al momento de generar mi cuenta en dólares y soporte fue rapido en la solución. La atención fue increíble y muy empática. Gracias de antemano por la solución rápida que me dieron.
I would have never opened account here if not my employer. Years ago wanted, unsuccessfully opened my company's account but finally did it smoothly by a competitor. Now by current registration, although successfully completed, I lost a lot of health. And additionally it is very expensive different that my other, favorite one which is almost for free or very cheap. Please stay away from Pyoneer and open account somewhere else
