I am a merchant on eBay, and eBay for some reason wants us to have a Payoneer account. There are no other options. So I opened a Payoneer account. Which went ok. Then when I tried to enter a withdrawal account everything went south. One and a half months later and Payoneer sitting on my money I have yet to know how this will end.
I got hacked, took them 3 days, but i now have my money, worry free, thanks payoneer.
Very friendly & resolved my issue right away in just less than 10 minutes.
The ATM grabbed my card and I had to call Payoneer to have it canceled and to order a new card.
Thankfully this was all able to be done and I am now awaiting my card's arrival.
Payoneer's customer service team was very quick, knowledgable, and able to resolve the problem speedily and I truly appreciate that.

The platform is great, although the response time for queries using messages is limiting because of the automated responses and hence theres room for improvement. Additionally I believe you can also do better to email clients if there are gaps in the account verification processes promptly.
