Firstly, havent had any issues with Payoneer for the past 2 years. BUT all of a sudden, I've started noticing how my balance doesnt always add up. When I for instance, purchase something for $10, that's taken off my current balance and is recorded as a pre-authorised purchase on the account. When I revisit later, that pre-authorised purchase record is GONE... but balance unchanged (still $10 less). When I check again later... an additional $10 is removed from my account on the main balance - this time showing the transaction on my main Transactions History. DOUBLE charging! When I contact customer care, they tell me to contact the merchant I'd have purchased from. SURELY, THEY CANT ALL BE DOUBLE CHARGING ME! Something fishy is going on lately. The customer support is absolutely horrible. The lady kept saying "I understand"... NO YOU DONT! You're stealing money right under our noses!
Upwork will reject Skrill and will install Payoneer instead, which is a scam company, that normally take advantage of freelancers and undocumented people.
It is a shame for Upwork too, due to they take the 20% of commissions from freelancer's work. Payoneer will do the rest.
Shame on both abusive companies.

When it comes to customer service, payoneer is the worst ever. I have sent them millions of messages to verify my account, but they never responded.
Their fees are higher than other payment providers's fees.
In one word, I won't recommend it to enemy. DON'T EVER TRY IT!

Customer service virtually non-existent. They take forever to respond a simple email. They say your card was supposedly shipped out but "It will be about a month to receive and there's no tracking number available" You wait a whole month and never receive it, then they "reissue" and keep on doing the same until you realize they just want you to give up and end up paying the outrageous $40.00 and request the DHL shipping. I have been working and waiting for about 3 months now and all I need is a paycard to be shipped to a US address so I can take my money out. Is that too much to ask? Currently crossing my fingers so they have mercy on me and DHL can ship it this time, with the hopes they don't have the brilliant idea of closing out my account for no reason and end up STEALING my hard-earned money, like they've done to many other people. Had I seen these comments before I would've definitely went with a different company. You get what you pay for!
Hi Christopher, every day Payoneer ships cards worldwide, and though we do give an estimated time of arrival, local post offices can sometime take longer to deliver.

The company that I have been working with decided to join Payoneer and I have been receiving money from Payoneer for 2 months now.
So let me tell you the problems. I live in Turkey and I have a USD account bank here. The money that my company sends me is in USD. My account shows me I have USD but when I want to cash out, MY DOLLAR gets converted to Turkish Lira with a %21 reduction each time with a RIDICILOUS currency rate ($1=3.76Turkish lira and they convert it $1 = 3.05 Turkish lira) They even sent me an e-mail saying I will recieve the amount of money with a rate 3.60 which It was still fine but 3.05? REALLY?
How is this POSSIBLE? First of all, I cannot send my own USD to my USD account! And then you put so irrelevant unacceptable exchange rates and jump on my money which I worked so hard to earn?
Hi Ash, Payoneer bank withdrawal service offers withdrawals in local currency only, and you can see the fees in your account and on our website. There could be some additional fees from the local banks which are not associated with Payoneer. Please see my PM, happy to help you look into this.
Customer service is absolutely the lowest I have ever seen. I had two different agents laugh at me on the phone because of my frustration. When I reminded them that they were getting paid and my time is getting wasted they laughed even harder. I had to wait 22 minutes to get to a supervisor to still not get my question answered properly. These people are extraordinarily unprofessional, inconsistent in their statement of business, and furthermore for any person in their customer service department to laugh and mock at me because I was frustrated, is absolutely unforgivable I am done with these horrible rotten people. Their service is not that valuable. And furthermore again I never got the correct answer.

Don't be impressionned by their Service & US Bank etc... all is fake! Whenever you receive payments, they put it in hold, they collect your ID, then they ask you picutre of yourself holding ID, then they say you violated their terms & conditions & your account will be blocked for undisclaused reasons -_-
And whenever you call, customer care always say we have no idea...

If you are looking for an online payment system DO NOT USE PAYONEER! I initially was not able to upload my invoice despite it DEFINITELY meeting the file name criteria. I was then not able to get onto my account as the 'Catcha' thing they use kept telling me I was wrong - despite being right. When I finally did get in and was finally able to upload my invoice the 'send' button was just not working. I really cannot articulate what an absolutely useless, bug ridden piece of crap Payoneer is... do not use! I am still trying... three days later and I have still not been able to submit my invoice - so that's me missing this month's pay run - thanks for nothing Payoneer!... Oow, did I mention that I also spent nearly an hour trying to talk to their useless online chat staff...

I actually don't think they even deserve even one star. I wish there were -1 rating. I would rather go for that.
So suddenly I wasn't able to log in into my account. I enter the same password I have been using three times. And after some few attempts trying to change my password, my account got locked. I try to chat them online three time which took me over 40 minutes each waiting to chat with the customer service and in each occasion offering to help me. A week later no reply from customer service. They later replied asking me to send my ID only after a scathing post from me on twitter that took their attention. I send them my ID and a copy of my bank slip. A week later still not reply. I had to twit them again for them to reply back. They told me that my copy of ID is unreadable and I should send them another ID. The funny thing is that when I opened my account it was the same ID that I sent to them and they approved my account. Now when my account is locked the same ID which I have used in many only applications that need ID and never had problem with is unreadable. I immediately sent them the photograph of my ID. It has been another week and I have not yet heard from them. Three weeks just to unlock an account. I have use PayPal, skrill and other online money banking stuff and I have never heard this worst customer service. I can't withdraw my money from my account and that means I can't pay my bills. I am a student and I depend on the online work to pay my bills and they seem to be stalling to may be profit from my money.

Their customer service is mediocre and I wish I had any other option. IT is just that the company I am working with prefer to pay through Payoneer and there is nothing I can do about it.

Hi Jones, when you make a pre-authorized purchase, the amount for that purchase would be “freezed” in your account until it is cleared/ released by the merchant- in other words, you might see it in your account but won’t be able to use it. Only after the merchant cleared/released the funds will the funds be debited/ released to your accounts. Any pre-authorized are cleared by the merchant- i. E- Payoneer cannot charge or clear them for you.
