I entered the live chat because I had some question and there came the first annoying issue, 63 people before me in queue, what the hell man, only one person working there?

Then after 45 minutes I reached nr 9 in queue and without reason the chat got cancelled with the message: There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.

What kind of $#*!e customer service is that?

I was travelling and working lately and i relied on the Payoneer card for getting and spending money. BIG MISTAKE

They are holding my payment hostage for a week now and i am running low... and now they have suddenly blocked it due to some issue THEY have internally and literally left me dry with no funds in the middle of London.

This is just the latest in many horrific experiences i have had with them. Customer support does not reply to messages. When they do, they answer vague s#*t to buy time, but you don't get a straight answer 9/10 times. Then you wait and wait...

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

After using Payoneer i understand that Payoneer Doesn't care about Customers, their aim is eat money from their customer's accounts. My accounts meet Payoneer terms and conditions, they excuse about terms and conditions. They lock many accounts and never send any password reset to customer's e-mail, they target $1000 + accounts.
I personally called their customer, chat with them, email them, ask question on Payoneer forum, but they have no time to fix any account issues and removed my post from thire forum. Customer support is dump, they always excuse about "relevant department", that means they can't do any things, only "relevant department" can do, but there are no "relevant department".

You go through all this trouble to register and activate your account (as I don't live in my home country anymore, I had to send I don't know what papers to get my address approved, eventually I send it to my parents home so at least I could pick up the card next time I went home) just to get a payment from the US. (tax return). Once you have the money, they make it nearly impossible to take it out, and for every failed withdrawal from an ATM machine, they even charge you 1$. Just spend an hour waiting to get chat support.

I opened an account on a Sunday and today is Tuesday and still it says under review. I really do not know what takes so long for an application review. I tried to contact them on chat and it kept me waiting for more around 30 minutes where I saw a unconventional thing. It is the queue counter which started from 26 and all along the time it went decreasing up to 6 then suddenly it increased to 7 and then decreased to 5 and again increase to 6,7. Lastly, I cancelled.

I contacted via the support ticket for which I received response saying someone will contact me within 3 working days. I mean where is the "care" factor in this support process. Nonsense, it is simply. I called up to their number to talk directly and received a very unpleasant voice with unpleasant greeting. Also, while I was complaining about the chat issue, he just put me on hold without intimating and a music started playing. I fear I may lose the client due to this delay in review process.

Surprisingly, he first said that "let me see if I can expedite the review process" and then again put on hold. Coming back he said, "I am sorry we will follow the same review process for every one and I have to wait for more 3-4 business working days. Have a great day!". I mean, is this something I had to expect prior to calling. PayPal, even a larger service provider does not take 7 days to review account and bank details. I don't know, how Payoneer will be of help in future dealings.

Simply disappointing.

I was a Payoneer member since 2014. Never had any issues with my account. One morning out of the blue I learn that my account has been closed "for undisclosed reasons". I lost money, future business and reputation in the process. Why treat loyal customers like this payoneer? Such a shame!

Chats are not real

The chats keeps you on hold for over one hour then just cancel automatically the tab and say they don't have anyone at the moment!

If you don't offer the service don't advertise it!

Worst customer service ever.

Money held pending review for weeks. Card blocked without reason - was forced to pay $40 for expedited shipping via DHL.

Was a faithful customer for 2 years and referred a lot of friends there. My mistake. Rest assured, Payoneer, I will get my $4000 back one way or another. If it comes to that, I will see you in court.

Waiting for my card

I ordered the card twice, and did not receive anything. Each card was supposed to come in a month. After waiting two months I was offered to order a new card with a delivery of $40.

My client paid the amount and after three week I suddenly receive the Email that They need documents and when I provided my two payments were already canceled just cozz their system was in fault they cancelled my payments and still havent reverted back to my client account

So client still say I paid none of my business if payoneer goes worng or something Do not use them they are liers and thef and will nake false excuses and dam $#*!ing bustards

Slow, slow, slow, you need 7 - 10 days to get money on account, direct bank transfer is 3 times faster, so why then to use payoneer?

One of the stupid online payment service I have ever used. They ask already known information and threatening me on the chat. I talked representative name JOE. He was a rude guy, not listening to me and keep asking me questions. I told him, I don't know some of the questions he was asking, then he started saying, are you going to do this or not, and whatever I ask him, he just keeps saying the same questions. They put me on wait for 40 Minutes before chat started, and make mad when I start chatting.

I had a card from them, and as they claim I can withdraw money from any local bank with that card, that is not true, that card was only working on shopping malls and petrol pumps in Pakistan. And the $1 conversion rate was almost 80 PKR, which is 24 Rupees less than WU conversion rate. I had $240 USD in my account, and they deducted $75 for their fee and I only could use $30 USD till now, the amount which is left in Payoneer.com they are not going to give me.

Please stay away from them, better to keep your money on some other website, rather than adding a Payoneer.com

Have been a faithful customer to payoneer for over 5 years and have referred most of my friends to the company but am left feeling that was the worst decision i have ever made. Early this month i login to check my balance then make a withdrawal to my surprise its blocked. Due to the trust i had for them that they will sort it out, again my midmonth payment goes there still blocked. They requested my photo holding my id which i did and upto now there is no response.Am supposed to make a payment.Am feeling frustrated and dissapointed, dont know what to do now that i have to pay a company i owe failure to which i will be fined.

Have heard people complain and have always been a payoneer's advocate little did i know that one day i will fit in their shoes.am left with choice than to channel my payments to either skrill or paypal because i cant channel my third payment there while the account is being blocked. I wih they are abit responsive to their clients rather than frustrating them.

Very very low efficiency of customer support. Not to mention the amount of "technical mistakes" when trying to make a payment. And even when they make a mistake it takes too long to refund the money. Very slow service and unreliable.

My card has been blocked for months.
Still don't know the reason of blocking. Contacted with their support for 4/5 times. Still got no response from them. Last time I was told its under review and they would contact me shortly. But its been one and half month didn't get any email from support. I have provided my documents for that. The support staff told me if I contact with support again until they get back to me will make the process long. My request will be last in the queue. Thats way I been waiting and didn't contact again. And now its 45 days after my last contact. My card is connected with envato. And I couldn't get the money because of that. There is already $305 and so so many pending requests.
They simply ruining my life.

Worst support ever!

Payoneer holding my money and blocking me from using it, i have contacted them via emails and called them 4 times more than 30 days ago and their support say that i have to wait so they can check my account problem without any replay from them till now!
Update: i have pmed payoneer here with my ticket id and i got no replay back from them also!

If you can avoid using Payoneer, you should do so. If you ever have an issue with them, they will not reply for days, they do not READ your e-mails but send you stupid automated answers, and they treat their customers like criminals. I've had several issues with them, and eventually one is forced to just abandon the problem.

Now I am locked out of an account and held hostage by Payoneer. I had to borrow funds from my own credit card because Payoneer is denying me access to my own earnings. This is criminal behaviour.

Edited to reply to Payoneer: I did, and do meet your requirements. I was even forced to take a photograph in the mirror holding my own ID. You just took 5 days to sort out the mess you created.

Why are users asked to change their NEW password 5 minutes after they have created it? I was asked to change my password 3 times in under 24 hours, and for absolutely no reason. This is not security; this is a security risk.

My review will stand because of complete lack of service or response within an acceptable time frame. 5 days is not service. I didn't buy a kettle that I can live without. You blocked access to my account for nearly a week AT MONTH END!

Stay away!

Opening a Payoneer account seemed fast and straightforward at first. After a couple of hours, I received an email confirmation that my application had been approved.

I started to send a couple of payment requests. As soon as my first payment arrived, I received an email from Payonner stating that I needed to complete my application in order to access the funds!

I was under the impression that I had already completed the subscription process, but no problem, I go to the website and answer a few more questions about the type of business I'm running and so on...

After a few days, I get a follow up email from Payoneer, I need to provide a proof of residence because I live in China but not being a Chinese citizen, I can only provide my last European address...

New email to explain my situation and ask for guidance on how to proceed.

Almost a week later, I get an email asking me for things I cannot provide, so I decide to give up and ask for the payment to be sent back and my account to be closed.

It's been more than a week now and I still haven't had any replies from Payoneer, so altogether my payment has been blocked for nearly three weeks.

This could have been easily avoided if all the relevant questions had been asked before my application was approved instead of waiting for my first payment to arrive and block access to my funds...

Is Payoneer under-staffed, do they have too many support requests to handle, whatever the reasons, this is a very poor performance and I'm sharing this experience with the hope that it will not happen to anyone else

Money disappearing!

Firstly, havent had any issues with Payoneer for the past 2 years. BUT all of a sudden, I've started noticing how my balance doesnt always add up. When I for instance, purchase something for $10, that's taken off my current balance and is recorded as a pre-authorised purchase on the account. When I revisit later, that pre-authorised purchase record is GONE... but balance unchanged (still $10 less). When I check again later... an additional $10 is removed from my account on the main balance - this time showing the transaction on my main Transactions History. DOUBLE charging! When I contact customer care, they tell me to contact the merchant I'd have purchased from. SURELY, THEY CANT ALL BE DOUBLE CHARGING ME! Something fishy is going on lately. The customer support is absolutely horrible. The lady kept saying "I understand"... NO YOU DONT! You're stealing money right under our noses!

Hi Jones, when you make a pre-authorized purchase, the amount for that purchase would be “freezed” in your account until it is cleared/ released by the merchant- in other words, you might see it in your account but won’t be able to use it. Only after the merchant cleared/released the funds will the funds be debited/ released to your accounts. Any pre-authorized are cleared by the merchant- i. E- Payoneer cannot charge or clear them for you.
