I have been with this company for over a year and provided all the required verification when I opened the account. This week when three payments are going in they decided to freeze those payments and demand new verification. I do not have any utility bills at the moment and am not going to get any as I leave this country very soon. I cannot do this on demand and why should I? Is it reasonable that they hold my money to ransom in order to demand that I comply? My account was OK so if they want more details they should ask and deal with that separately without freezing my account, that is unreasonable. If they think I have done something wrong they should say what it is. I have done nothing different. I think that they just want to freeze the money so that they can gain interest. If they mess enough people about they hold a lot of money.

Further to the reply -

Verifying an account is of course important but irrelevant in this case. My account was verified a year ago when I opened it and if you wished to verify it again for some reason you should contact me and discuss that. It is not a reason to freeze the account. These are two separate issues.

You only freeze an account if you are accusing me of doing something wrong. You do not freeze an account just because you wish to check some details or update my details.

It is a completely unreasonable way to behave and makes me look unprofessional to my customers. They may assume that I have done something to give you just cause to behave in this manner but you have not stated any cause to freeze my account.

1 week after you froze the account and I had contacted your company to ask why, you then ask for verification to free up the account. I do not wish for it to be freed as I cannot trust your company to act in a reasonable or professional manner. All I ask is that you return said funds to the relevant customers and I will ask them to pay using Paypal.

Update 18/06/2017 - After 2 weeks of having the account frozen they write -

We have transferred your request to the relevant department. We will notify you via email as soon as we have any updates regarding this issue.

So they are have still not returned the money to my customers so that I can ask them to pay using a trustworthy company.

Hi, same thing here my withdraw from skrill has been cancelled by payoneer after 12 days wating for the funds to get back to my skrill account the support keep saying you will get your funds soon as possible but got nothing. My payment ID is:

Usually it arrived within 2-3 days, i Already sent an email to Customer Care and replied to the email with the date and the amount here's the answer from the support

Total scam company

I left a review here saying that payoneer blocked my account without reason or notification, took my funds, and were not providing any answers. A payoneer rep replied here asking me to PM him so he'll look into it. I PMed him and got NO answer and my funds are still missing. So anywhere you see here payoneer commenting on reviews saying "PM us to look into it" it is just a PR scam, they don't reply to any messages. Avoid at all costs and report them to BBB as I did

Time waster

I don't prefer to use any ordinary transfer service like Payoneer but my client in south america prefer to get money through and I said I don't mind. Sent money from US to Colombia and already 12 days but nothing happen. Money hasn't withdraw from my US account and so client hasn't got anything and so he is not going to start my urgent work.

And yes as a sender you can't contact after hour.

I used this service first time and I can tell this is worst service professional company should not use.

I have requested few payment through Payoneer and 2 Out of which was paid and status showing it will reflect in your account after 2 days. And Then I had shipped goods and suddenly after 2 days What I saw that payment declined and I had contacted customer and asked him about it and he said that his card charged already and nothing returned back to his card.
No one know where is my money and payoneer support is not responding.

They are cheating peoples daily, We need to file complaint and shut this $#*! bussiness asap.

This is basically a very clever scheme to scam people out of money by taking advantage of the fact that most people don't have time to read all possible terms of service etc. These are few, rare specific cases where this service could be genuinely useful - mostly it is not, and it is a good way to lose your hard earned money. I sent some money (below 50) to test it, I failed to read that they accept money only from companies, and my bank account was no company, still they accepted the money, didn't send it back. Now it turns out that I can't convert that money from EUR to USD, and so card they sent me is useless to withdraw this money, I need to risk further money so that my account is 50 and only then I can withdraw money, further they would probably just swallow my money if I sent more from my own account.
They, of course, do not allow withdrawing to bank if you have below 50 or sending that money to anyone else on their system - this is truly horrible scam - they clearly target individuals who don't read everything to just get some money which the individual will never be able to withdraw unless he will risk further losses with this scam business. Their customer support ir horrible, they don't reply to your messages and your first wait for live chat agent will probably end up with you seeing message that no agent is available. When you do get to chat their answers are horrible and slow, these are clearly individuals who know that they work for scam business which can be felt in their ignorant replies.
Just read how many people have lost their money - please please do avoid.

What is happening guys? My first time of using payoneer and somehow the payment sent to me was never received in the system of Payoneer... this never happened to me with Paypal... I am really disappointed that I trusted your services...

Its been weeks now and that money has not reached my account yet? Stop scamming your subscribers. They're the blood of your company- and if they are not satisfied, you are good as gone.

Are you seriously presenting this against paypal's solid service? Common'... you could do better than this... I've checked and so many ridiculous reviews prove that you are incapable of handling the promises you present in your website...

Fraud Payoneer

Payoneer make fraud every day. They target you when you get a new card, then you paid and active it. After 1 year when you successful paid fee renew your account... after few day you can see you account will be blocked. When you ask them, why block my account? They are replay you, you application under review & take your time minimum 15 days. After they answer, we can't account back to you. If you ask them what is specific reason for account block? They can tell you, we can't tell about that specific reason. All over the world daily they can 1000++ account block by this way and earn $ *******++... so keep safe and use another company for payment receive option.

My account suddenly was blocked and I contacted with customer service via chat after a waiting long time. They said that your account was blocked and you cannot reopen it. Then I asked about my payment about 700 dollars sent by Appen company. They said that there were no any payment and the account was empty. However, when I contacted with Appen they said that we sent your payment and it did not turn back to us again. I trust appen for this issue because they always send timely and in full my payment although there are some drawbacks. Now, I cannot get my money and Payoneer denied my payment. Also my friend experienced this issue also, although there were 10 dollars into her account PAyoneer denied it and they said that we cannot asisst any more to you. They are exactly thief and they will give the account for this behavior. I will take any legal measures to take my money from them. I recommend that please certainly do not use this firm.

I started working with payoneer making the requests from my freelance works payments but one day a client sent me a payment and it was market processed; 3 days later payoneer changes the payment status to denied... i asked why and until today there are no answers. Instead My privileges were removed from my account so now i could not make payments request. I am waiting for an explanation of who is interested in customer care in that company...

Payoneer offer $25 or $50 bonus to your account when you receive 100 dollars or more over time in your account. Except this bonus money never appears. I have contacted customer support via chat 10 times each one 'escalates the issue' and promises it will be in my account the following day.

What a surprise, IT NEVER COMES! Their customer service is a joke often takes 3 weeks for a reply and they only send generic cut and paste replies and dont even read previous emails, online chat you can wait 3 hours to talk to someone and when you get to next in line a message appears saying 'sorry, we are busy, too bad' and drops you from the queue... this company hides the fact they charge you $25 USD for activating your card, the website links mostly all lead to 404 errors, what kind of shonky company has lots of their links going to 404's... no matter what you do, do not use Payoneer.com for anything... its a joke and one huge scam!

Ho iniziato a usare payoneer perché raccomandata da airbnb, dopo 3 mesi di attesa, due carte prepagate richieste non ho mai ricevuto nulla.la pagina web è pessima e il servizio scadente. Alla fine ho dvuto spostare i soldi con un transfer e mi hanno preso una commissione molto alta per farlo. Alla fine se lasciavo il tranfer di airbnb sarebbe stato più facile e non mi avrebbero rubato i soldi per mandarmeli. Evitateli, risparmierete tempo e soldi.

These people advertise their "affordable service", "low fees", etc, so I went for it after it's been recommended by a site where I provide services. They eaten up my first payment within a couple of days imposing numerous hidden charges ($30 annual fee for instance that was not mentioned anywhere before me signing up for Pioneer nor was I informed about it in advance in any possible way, they just took it off my card - very sneaky and I don't like people playing like this with my money). Will ask it to be cancelled today and would never use again. They also ask me to refer them to a friend, refer what - sneaky business tricks?

I referred 2 friends and was expecting to receive $50.00. Both got more than $100 each, which is enough for us to be qualified for the referral fee. I only received $25.00 from one of my friends. They provide fake updates and even their support will just provide fake promises about mailing you the update. Payment was delayed for more than a month and they didnt provide even a compensation for the same.

Delayed payments

Terribly disappointed with payoneer. All payments till now are always delayed. They had promised payment in 4 working days, but takes much longer that that. The last transfer done on 26th april 2017 is yet to reach my account. Had contacted support via email & chat, but no reply yet.
