What a joke...
In order to be successfully reviewed, every credit card payment request you send will require your client to provide Payoneer with (1) a proof of ID (!), (2) a high-res photograph of his credit card (!), and (3) a bank statement showing the payment made to payoneer (!), all this within 3 days.
Who in his right mind would comply with such ridiculous demands every time one wants to make a payment is beyond me.
Oh, and should you receive a wire to your payoneer IBAN-compatible account, you will have to provide payoneer with all your email exchanges with your client in order to prove... to prove what? I have no idea. That you are not funding terrorism, or some other nonsense, I suppose.
Their website is full of cute Japanese dress-designers and ambitious-looking Indian start-uppers who claim "Payoneer changed their life, made payment so easy, etc."; the only way that could be true is if those (obviously fake) entrepreneurs, before discovering Payoneer's "revolutionary simple way to make payments globally", used to get paid exclusively in live two-headed zebras. Now Payoneer could be an improvement...
Avoid at all cost: their service is simply not practical nor even usable due to absurdly high compliance obligations and endless paperwork. They are also extremely arrogant, sometimes bordering on insanity.
For instance, if you try to explain to them that their system makes getting your payments impossible, and therefore renders itself useless, they will stubbornly reply that "[those] measures are in place to protect you and to make your life easier!"
Avoid, burn, and nuke from orbit if you can, just to be sure.
They sent me an email telling the payment was declined and the money would be refunded to the original bank account through the same method that was used to deposit to Payoneer, the money never went back...

DO NOT USE! They get you in with a fairly seamless signup. But once they have you they start asking for more and more details. They then start blocking your money. I have payments that have been "Under Review" for weeks. What EXACTLY could they be reviewing. Tried to contact customer service. NOTHING!. I am doing a report for our company and we will be taking all of our payments from paypal.

I was having issues upon receiving payment from my employer so I switched back to PayPal. I had no issues with Paypal, the transaction was smooth. I decided to permanently delete my account Payoneer. The thing is, I cannot understand why Payoneer wants to hold my all my personal information for 5 years?!
In Paypal, if you wish to delete your account with them it's just one click away. You can delete your bank records as well anytime. However, Payoneer wants to keep it for 5 years. There is no option in their page to delete your bank records or to delete your account. You have to go through customer service. What a SCAM! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT REGISTER IN THEIR SERVICE! PAYPAL IS WAY WAY BETTER THAN PAYONEER. I HAVE TO INFORM ALL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND RELATIVES ABOUT THIS COMPANY. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Listen I ready all of your reviews and your problems I never faced any of a problem like you because I receive my payment to payoneer on time and when I withdraw I receive my funds to my account with in 24 hours thats the real payoneer. So, I'm really very satisfied from payoneer their support system is fast and customer friendly even I have made some friends in their customer care center. I love payoneer I can even withdraw as mush money as mush I want even $******* at a time there is no issue with my payments they can easily transfer the funds to my local bank and also they can reship my card I ordered my card twice and I received it on time Payoneer is awesome and worlds fastest payment service I'm working as a consultant with Facebook the payment is so fast I love it I recommend it to all of you guys add that bank in your payoneer which is your country's top bank of the year that will work perfect with payoneer.

Stay away from these scammers. They are here to loot you money, nothing more than that. The customer support is full of noob who doesn't even know what the hell they are doing in the day to day time. This company should go down very soon and I hope the same too. Companies like such shouldn't exist in this world, just making this world not a better place.

They are the worst service ever. There is no customer support. I wonder how they are still in business. For 3 weeks I'm trying to setup my bank account and every time they approve it and then refuse my bank transfer. They never reply to any emails or solve anything.

I am disappointed with the customer care support payoneer provides. I sent a payment to someone in India and even after a month it wasnot processed. When I first talked to an operator they said it will be sent soon now as they will ask bank to fasten the process. After a month I asked same thing from the other operator and she said the receiver needs to submit some information to payoneer first then they will get money. In this all process they have wasted precious two months and created lot of embarrassment for both of us. I dislike their customer help sorry to say.

They wait until you have enough money in your account and then they block access to your account and your funds will disappear. I have been trying to get in contact with them for a month but their customer services is useless and they will just tell you that they are looking into it. Total scam

Payoneer is nice - had a small issue at one point - money got stuck (hence the 4 out of 5) somewhere - took them about a week or two for them to fix the situation but they were really helpful and managed to do so. That only happened once and I've been using their service constantly for about 2 years, with a lot of money being transferred so overall, a good company.

It will work for first 2-3 payments and then they will hold your money and they willl ask to upload some document of your client. Why the hell anyone will upload their identity card just to make a payment.

I have created a payoneer account and requested a payment of $20 from someone which was never received to me. I've contacted them immediately through email, and a lady called Mary told me that she will escalate it to the relevant department. I waited for one entire week with no reply. I re-sent them another email to tell them what's going on, and they still did not reply back. This is a total BIG SCAM by all means. AVOID PAYONEER AT ALL COSTS. They're very good at bluffing people but you should have your eyes widely opened for such companies. Again, a SCAM website's major task is to deceive people by making things seem very normal.

I am still using payoneer card, no problems so far. They have sent me a new card with chip. I am receiving money from upwork via ACH US transfers. For ACH transfer they charge 1%. When withdrawing in ATM they charge 2.6%, when withdrawing by 300USD
I've been using payoneer for 4 years, they are perfect. All transactions went successfully, support was fast to respond.
They block your account without warning and steal your money. Their customer service is the worst and you'll never get an answer. They stole over 1k from me and the same happened to my friend. We will be submitting a compliant to BBB and we encourage others to do the same.

Purchased a watch which requested payment thru Payoneer. Seller never delivered the merchandise and Payoneer has been somewhere between useless and totally negligent in getting a refund from THEIR merchant. In my opinion, they're running a scam operation and should be avoided at all costs. They do NOT run a reputable company. Be very aware before you deal with this outfit.

They are utterly useless and complete time wasters. Pretending to be 'secure' by asking a bunch of stupid information (provide us your website and social media profile... What on earth do you need those for?). This does not make you secure, it just make you scammers. Still waiting for payment. Have contacted customer support 5 times now and every time the answers have been more useless than the previous ones. Their live chat support works once out of 3 times and they take 4 business days to reply to emails! 4 business days! That is absolutely outrageous! Don't waste your time! Plus they're not that cheap...

Should have received my money from another site on a transaction by payoneer. 1 month have passed and I have received nothing, they STOLE my money. More than 20 e-mails i have written to them and nothing has happened.
