I am using payoneer from 8 months, all was good until I lost my card while travelling in Greece 2 weeks ago, I called payoneer and they blocked my card, but now they are giving me hard time to re issue my card, customer care guy told me something else on call but when i provided them those documents they refused to re-issue my card and now asking for more documents, I am travelling for a month and how it is possible for someone to carry utility bills of your address to provide them, they never asked me those utility bills to provide as address proof when i applied for new card, but now i am existing client for 8 months they need those utility bills to verify my address, amazing, I lost my money while travelling, i was hoping to use my own money from payoneer account but these guys has made my experience worst.
Now i have decided not to use payoneer services any more and asking them to suggest me the way to withdraw my 330 USD, but they are not replying on this.
I have received 20euro on payoneer account for a little job I have done. It is separated of my payoneer credit card (why? So they can keep your money and you can't use it). I can't use rhat money with payoneer credit card. When I have made a contact with customer support they are demanding additional 30euro so I can withdraw into my bank in my country. So, what is the purpose of payoneer credit card - when you receive money on payoneer account you can't use it with payoneer credit card. Firstly (before that) I have put 30$ on account wanting to buy something with card, after 5 minutes I had 0.5$ - annual fees they say!
So far the have stole more than 50$ from me. DON'T TRUST THEM, JUST DON'T!

However, keep in mind if your transaction fails
Do not rely on their customer service they suck and keep you waiting for hours on chat or phone and still would not provide any information

And ask them to do a Charge Back on them otherwise if you miss the due day for charge back your bank might not be able to help, as usual, you need to report ASAP to the bank.
They tell you it will reflect back on your account
DO not believe anything this comany will tell you if they ask to wait for days JUST DON'T as after 14 days Your bank might not be able to do much
But If you ASAP You bank will make sure you get money back
This company and employees always on a lookout anywhere you guys will see a negative comment you will see their employees replying always be it on any website so they can still target future scams

They are asking so many personal thinks just to pass $120 from customer i have sent all email correspondence and other things which is related from this payment but still i am on wait for clearance i am now thinking for future payments.

Payoneer is holding my money. They asked a lot of confidential information - contracts from clients, original correspondence, invoices, etc. I asked them to refund my money back to my client but they just shrugged it off and just kept on asking for more confidential information. I'm not into writing reviews but I just want to warn freelancers out there to think first and read more reviews before using Payoneer.

I have my money in Payoneer and my account was blocked. I have submitted my I. D to get my account restored but haven't heard anything from support getting to 3 weeks now. I am totally disappointed in their services. Feels like a scam to me.

RECENTLY WITHDRAWN A AMOUNT OF 1923. 21$ FROM FIVERR USING PAYONEER, AND THEY SENT ME A MAIL THAT WITHIN 4 DAYS AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. BUT ITS BEING ONE WEEK AND NO FUNDS IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.
I READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE AGAINST THEM, AND I WILL USE THE MAIL THEY SENT TO ME AND ALL THE REVIEWS HERE TO CHARGE A FILE AGAINST THIS COMPANY IN HIGH COURT. Payoneer doesn't deserve to have any star rating. Customer service sucks... payment process is very poor. I am supposed to be receiving money from an employer, employer already got a payment processed notification on his end... but idon't receive any on my end. I personally think they use the money for their own benefit first, before any of us, hardworking online workers even get hold of our much-deserved wages.

I ask my a U.S. A friend to pay me. He told me to chose 'Payment Request'. I have created a request to him. He also accept all the requirements. But after 14 is it still at payment approval. But didn't receive any money from payoneer. Me and my friend try to contact with their agent but they don't know what is going in this transaction... LOL

Don't use their service! This service is only for scammers. I paid 500 eur to developer and he disappeared after that i don't know what to do. Try to contact this payment system but they doesn't respond on my e-mails and looks like they don't care about nothing. SO SCAMMERS THIS SYSTEM IS THE BEST FOR YOU

My funds are stuck worth of 8000 USD. First they removed my password because when I tried to access the account (I remember the password) all I see was "Your username or password is incorrect".
I press the Forgot password link and it looks like they have removed my verification number as well. I tried contacting their support but I am still waiting for days to have my account restored.
I don't think they will restore my account. I am going to sue them in small business claims court in the US. I am also submitting articles everywhere I can so people would stop using this scam.

Ok, so I was expecting money from client ASAP, and they asked me $#*! tone of info to provide them with, but I was like ok... 7 days later, I try to get in touch with their support, I wait more than 1 hour to get in touch with somone in live chat, I finaly get in turn, it sais,, there are no available agents at the moment, please try later'', now I'm waiting again, 67th in the queue... Almost non site won't accept Payoneer card, when I try to withdraw my funds from ATM, it sais,, Error, please contact your bank''. This smells on real bad scam to me...

Being into digital marketing field for the last 5 years, I have never seen such a worst service ever. It's been 25 days now, even after the matter is sorted out, they haven't refunded my amount back. The amount is over 1000 USD. I can't make the payments to the clients and I'm losing my business now.

They always send my money in time i. E. within 4 business working days. They have excellent customer support. Always replied my queries within 4 business working days. They have lower 'Currency Conversion Fees'. They are Trustworthy and Reliable.
Payoneer is a great service while everything works - But if you ever need to contact their customer service, prepare for a rough ride. It is very difficult to reach - phone option does not work in practice, you need to wait for close to an hour to reach them via chat and contact email forces you to automated answers which don't help at all. When you finally reach their support, they need 4-7 days to respond at all and weeks to do anything. Good choice for a part-time freelancer, but they lack adequate customer service to serve serious businesses.

Security qyestions and answers asked by customer care lady was stupid way of verifying identity. You guys rejected my payment from Skrill whereas Skrill has sent Euros from its company account to my EUR receiving account. You never mentioned that you don't accept payment from Skrill. Your site says that I can receive SEPA payment from European companies to my EUR account but you rejected this payment. You have pathetic service. I will never ever use Payoneer in my life and will write my review on sitejabber, mouthshut and many reveiew sites.
