I've been hassled for two weeks now looking for funds transferred from PayPal to Payoneer.
The money was sent to me Oct 27 but they said they receive it on 31st, and yet its already the 3rd of November and they still don't want to give my money. I used to promote Payoneer but now I regret using the service, worst service I encountered in my whole life. Just tell me if you don't want to give the money Payoneer, scammer
One of the worst online payment processing site. Please do not waste time. I got payment, and then wanted to transfer someone, and it says i need to load money to send.;. While i have already 80$ in it. What worst it can be? And now when we have requested refund, its more than 2 weeks and no reply..
I get payment 2 weeks ago, they asked for ID proof. I sent. Now i asked customer support status of my payment. They said it is under review. After wasting 15 days. They always says, its under review. This is big fraud company. Be aware. Don't go with this. You will lost your money. As i did.

Someone managed to retrieve my credit card information AS well as my PIN and withdraw over 6000$ on the other side of the world without Payoneer blocking a single transaction or limiting the amount. The fraud department is unexistant, said I had chances of not retrieving my money. Would never trust again, I'm closing all my accounts.

After the complaining about the receipt of the card, it appears Payoneer received the complaint and thereafter they contacted me to apologize for the "delay". Subsequently, they shipped the card via a courier delivery service. I have since received the card.

I registered and opened an account with Payoneer where my affiliate commission was deposited. I then ordered a Mastercard debit card. They emailed me that my card has been shipped to me. I waited for it for months to arrive but it never did.
Later I received an email from them that my card was undelivered and then returned to them. I don't know where it was sent to but I never received any notification from anyone for delivery of such a card.
I re-ordered another card and requested that it be sent via courier. It has now been more than 3 months and I haven't heard any word from them. I don't know whether they're still planning to send the card or not.
I have sent numerous messages via their ticket submission system and also via email but have not received any response to any of those messages. Ironically, my account continues to incur service / bank charges.
I have no clue now as to what to do next.
You've been warned. We started to use Payoneer to pay our international employees. So far it has been 11 DAYS and not one of them as received their pay. Yet, Payoneer withdrew the funds from our bank 10 DAYS AGO. I have emailed them more than once and get ZERO reply. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I do not recommend Payoneer. The bad reviews are TRUE. I still have not received my money from September withdrawal. They said there was something wrong with my bank details suddenly. Which is so weird because ALL my other previous transactions were successful. But now that it's a big amount it seems like it's taking forever to get to me. I just hope you don't scam people. :( I trusted this company for a year. I want to file charges against them if they do not give me my money!
I sold my product on Amazon and they giving me no choice by to open and use Payooner account only. I have a very hard time to withdraw my money.

I was pretty hesitant because of the negative reviews found here. But by following their instructions regarding deposit types (direct banking transaction versus wiring, etc.), this has been a fantastic find for me. I was paying almost 10-20% to receive UK payments through a third party service as a freelancer. With Payoneer's relatively low conversion/withdrawal fee I am keeping much more of my gross. I have been using Payoneer for several months without a hitch.
I do not understand all of the users that say they cannot withdraw their funds? I have had absolutely no issues, literally it takes one step? I almost wonder if some of the reviews are competitor? Of course it can take 3-5 business days to receive funds from Payoneer, maybe they are expecting immediate transfers?
I had 2 rentals on Airbnb in the beggining of September, but I didn't receive them yet, and on AirBnB site, they asked to contact Payonner directly to check it the payments. I did it, and open a request n. ************** more than 10 days ago, they said they would escalate it internally. They show it's very easy to open an account and get paid. But DON'T FALL for it. Once you get any payment in your account it won't let you withdraw. Your money will stuck forever. And their customer support is useless. This company is going to shut down very soon, so if you have any money in your account it will be lost forever.

They make it really easy to register for their services, however once you receive your first payment it's all different.
I have tried so many times to withdraw my funds to my bank account, however the transaction keeps failing even after I provided them will all the required documentation.
Then, you will speak with their Customer Care, they have no idea what does their company offers and they will start to attack you. Even though their supervisors, no solutions at all and same level of vulgarity and stupidity.
There are a lot of other options, they cost more but at least they won't scam you.
