I have been using Payoneer for a while now and I have found it much useful because I can receive payments from various companies at very low cost and can easily withdraw it to my bank account or at ATM.
If you ask me a couple of words to describe Payoneer's attitude to its customers, I'd use "absolute disrespect".
I'm very calm person and never conflict with anybody. But the situation made me crazy. Let me clarify.
I'm a software developer. Once I've tried to send a payment request to my customer via Payoneer. I've filled the form and saw an error "Unable to send request with data provided", but the info is absolutely correct. Note, that my account is verified, also my partner already has sent payment requests to this customer with the same info provided.
Guys from support can do nothing, I was still unable to send payment request. After weeks (!) of investigations I've found out that if payment description contains `=` symbol, then the request is declined without any clear message. Uh.
OK, the customer has made a payment. Do you think, everything went fine? Payoneer put this payment under review. I've been waiting for day, two, week... Support says to wait a bit more. And a bit more... After two weeks support suddenly (!) says that two weeks ago they've sent me email and requested some additional info. As I did not receive it, they resent it again. They wanted me to give my website address. It does not matter that I've already specified it in my account, they'd like to hear it one more time. Okaaaay.
Thats all? Sure not! No answer to my e-mail, support guys do not know how long the review may take. The common answers were "There is another department who performs the review, we can say nothing" and "I've given your case a highest priority, it should take no more than 24 hours". Lie. It took a week after the last letter for review to complete.
Happy end? God, NO! They sent a letter that my money will be on my account after one week! I still have no my money! And I'm pretty sure, that announced "week" will not be the final term...
Well, if I knew, I would never use Payoneer. But now I'm going to grab my money from them and forget about this nightmare.

No support, they only like their fees. Transferred 700 to my account in Costa Rica, 2 weeks later and I haven't received anything. When calling the support center, be ready to deal with crappy CS, unhelpful supervisors and top of the line worst service, unbelievable that they are not able to find the funds that THEY transferred to THEIR processor. Asked for a confirmation of funds and they are not able to provide me with that information and if I want to place the funds back into the Payoneer account I would have to wait for 16 - 22 BUSINESS days to have the funds back in my Payoneer account. Complete screw-over. I RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I needed to transfer money from an online crypto currency exchange to my bank account (EUR). The exchange doesn't support SWIFT transfer, only SEPA (for EU countries).
So I needed a SEPA account online, and then to transfer to my local bank. Payoneer seemed like a solution, according to what I heard and read online.
However, after I created an account, I read in their Terms of Service that they do not like crypto currency trading or trading in general, and it's not allowed to transfer funds from these sources? That is just ridiculous. I receive my paychecks regularly to my EUR bank account, it's just money. I submitted all my personal details which they verified, so what's the problem?
So I submitted a support question about this, to make sure it's not allowed before I try to do a transfer and have my money stuck with them due to some ridiculous policy. As I worked as a tech support and later as a tech support manager, I expected a decent reply within 24 hours. Of course, I got some automated replies that didn't help, because my question wasn't in FAQs.
SEVEN DAYS later, I got a reply: "... unfortunately we cannot deal with crypto currencies and transfer them on your account and from it."
1. I didn't ask to transfer crypto currencies, I asked if it's ok to transfer EUR to Payoneer and then to transfer from Payoneer to my registered bank account.
2. Did they really need 7 days to read and reply to this simple question?
I decided right away that I need to deactivate/delete my Payoneer account, since I value support services more than any other aspect. It just shows they don't care about their clients, only about their profit.
Good riddance. I'll find some other way to transfer my money.

I have been working with the company for a while now and experienced a number of problems. The first time after receiving my payment I proceeded to withdraw and the atm failed to dispense the money that I had no funds in my account. Although this happened the sum was deducted from my account and during this error, i lost $20. I let that go and did not follow up on the matter. Last week the same happened and this time $340 are nowhere to be seen and the Support has the guts to tell me to wait for 90 days for my dispute to be argued whether I win or not. So I asked whats there to be won it's my money not that am gambling. Its the festive season av let down my family I cant use the account since I may lose more money, av got pending businesses with my clients and the support has not yet bothered to respond on the issue with any tangible help. It sucks and annoys as well.

First few transfers were going great, then first problem arrived when they blocked payment by the client who payed me earlier through payoneer at it worked great, now they declined it and never gave client a refund.
Secondly, I recieved payment on my acc from microstock agency which they listed as pending. That service too worked good previously on payoneer and now it doesn't. Since this is the only income source I have, my kid was left with nothing to eat and I had to beg for food, DO YOU KNOW HOW THAT FEELS!? I wish you the worst and I will sue you! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

My ticket never is answer, unless you harass them.
It alway requests for submit documents for any time client send payment to me.
It event request me resent request payment to client after client ready paid me to approve payment

They do NOT answer customer service tickets unless you harass them to get a reply and it comes after weeks and several follow up emails.
Their solution is NOT working, months after I opened a business account
They ask you tons of documents and for nothing because your account just doesn't get approved
They just DO NOT REPLY when you try to contact them!
And you want to trust this company to manage your money or your customer payment?... Just run away as far as you can from this company!

The customer service is a joke. There is no transparency on anything. I never did any transfers through Payoneer but a simple query on approval is going on from Nov 13 till date. So I can't imagine what it will be if payments get blocked. Simple advise avoid at any or all cost!

Payoneer blocked my suddenly, no warning, no email. I tried to login saw it's blocked. I talked to customer support and ask why my account has been blocked. They only said
That they found some activities which are against payoneer terms and conditions. I asked thousands time what are the activities that i have done. Thay said they can't disclose. It started when they sent me emails to join Payoneer account and Payoneer credit card After months of using it, its just now they "remembered" to ask me about a proof of residency in the place where I am living at right now in spite of providing them with all requested docs like passport copy and national ID, etc etc I sent them 5 proves docs. They declined them...
I then asked to speak to a supervisor. Seems they laughed at me. Never heard back from them. Now my account is frozen with about $3000 of my earned money in it and after writing to them several times they kept ignoring my letters and I am looking for a legal advise.
(BTW, I wrote to *******@payoneer.com as well as customercare... Haven't heard back from them neither)
Any one there who can help or provide guidance where to go and what legal action I can take. Please do not shy away. Where they are located at?

Please don't use this service! It's ridiculously slow and the customer service is incompetent and impolite. It takes them few weeks to just unlock an account. Deleted my account just after few weeks.
You need a new e-mail address for every kid you have and every time they travel... it's ridiculous, 4 times overseas and 4 different e-mail addresses each time.
What a waste of time. Use your Visa/MC travel rewards card and get bonus travel points. And skip this hassle... even better
