I called in because my card was compromised and had was cancelled by Payoneer (which is a good thing) The two girls, Sofia and Charly, I spoke to was very professional and competent. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The communication was excellent.

I had a problem to receive my money from Airbnb, which they told me was send your money to payoneer account. ı have contacted by phone directly to payoneer. They gave me whole information.

Got a payment from Crossover (company I work for) delivered back to them because Payoneer tried 3x (even after I confirmed my bank data several times, even had to send them a check slip, payoneer still used wrong data) to send my money with THE WRONG DATA ("bank transfer" personnel cannot read simple numbers).
Now my payment is late for more than 2 weeks, and for every time payoneer missed a SIMPLE PROCEDURE (type in CORRECT bank data to transfer money), they NEVER provided an update, I had to open the customer chat and attendants would treat me like a nuisance, provide false information (told me to wait 5 days, then I contact them back, suddenly I have to contact my company as they returned my money to them).
Congratz Payoneer! I dont even have a way to escalate my issue because you lack structure as well!

Not Nice at all, why the hell did you make a minimum money request $50 it's killing me. I have projects with $20 so I cannot send invoices. Switch it back to $20 as it was.

There were some fraudulent activity on my card three weeks ago Saturday and Ive been waiting on a card every since. Everytime I contact chase with my personal information I get disconnected. The other day I had to lie and say I was opening a new account just to speak with a live person, who told me I was going to receive my card last Thursday. I have yet to receive a new card. This is such and inconvenience and Im extremely unhappy.

After 7 years of using services now you can not approve documents?
Customer service keeps repeating same thing when i said don't have Thai id
Provided passport
Thai work permit
Driving licence
Phone bills
Asking for government issued proof... work permit is not issued by any private firm or company it is issued by government of Thailand only
Non of them approved after 7years of no issues usages?

And after all liers saying there was no balance on previous card when there was...
Really didn't expected from Payoneer this
Thank god i didn't kept high balance otherwise you guys might have lied about that also

No wonder why's Payoneer the best service provider in its game!
It supports many-many platforms!

The only drawbacks I have felt about it are:
1. The newer cards and accounts are not supported in Facebook Ad Platform.
2. Some of the platforms ask for the zip code of the virtual bank provided by Payoneer, however, there is no zip code of banks mentioned in the "Global Payment Service." And this makes hard to add Payoneer as payment receiver to those platforms.
3. Payoneer doesn't provide "Buyer Protection Service" for transactions below 20$ while doing online shopping.
4. Free delivery of the MasterCard too much time than it should have.

Fraud

The shipper says they never received our payment and Payoneer said they sent it. I asked to get my money back as someone is not telling the truth! This is fraud company, never use. I have asked for refund of my money as the shipper claims they never got money so my items never shipped. Payoneer contacted me and said for me to contact the shipper. Then why use a payment processor if they are not going to protect you? If i wanted this service i would have paid supplier directly. They don't reply any messages. Our mastercard said never to use them again as apparently they have heard of many problems from this company. Horrible stay away.

My 2 payments were under review, I came here and read reviews and was too worry, but after I talk to chat live support, they solve my problem immediately, they request my government ID and full address. Afterward I open my account and my payments were approved! :)

This company is simply fraudulent, they withhold funds on spurious grounds. Thier responses and requests illogical and unreal.

One such moronic response is " as your bank to return the funds to us"

As a payment provider, they absolutely know that the receiving bank has no knowledge of where a payment may be lying or is able to furnish me with any information other than " please ask the person making the payment to ask their bank to trace the funds"

I use a company called Ownersdirect to market a holiday rental property and in turn they use Payoneer to handle payments made by a guest to the owner. Guests are making deposit payments and Payoneer have still not sent me the payment and its been 10 days since the guest made payment and still nothing. Their customer service is horrible and they have not replied to my emails or facebook messages.

Worst services ever

Guys do not use billing services at Payoneer, they are not matured enough to handle cases. They do not know exactly what they are doing, they will ask for additional information then take 2-3 days to review those information, then again ask for addition document to submit and then takes 2-3 days to review. Now, after couple of days they will send you an email saying document that you have sent, files are corrupted please resend it again. You send same files again, second day they will say please send it again. Then they will take ages to review your payment, and funny thing is client has already provided ID proof and required verification document. They take 15-20 days to approve your payment, I rather suggest use paypal and be at ease of smooth transaction.

2 years ago i decided to stop selling from amazon.com just because of payoneer's payment problems. I have been waiting for my money withdraw since 29th of January. First they wasted my time by forcing me to supply documents for the account that i will transfer my money which is none of their business since it is my money and i can transfer to anywhere in the world and after that now i can't see the money at my payoneer account and my withdraw account. They dont even reply my support ticket about this since 6 days!
