Got unable my billing service, and they just tell the why this happened, meanwhile I get them to understand that I never got any notification about this changes and i haven´t been able to reach the right one of costumer support.
It took a whole month of correspondens with the Eurpean Payoneer office to prove my identity and location, during which time my account is locked.
And than it took hours of getting help from your Israeli service workers to fill up your preposterose new forms. All for Payoneer permission to let me enjoy my savings.

If you are not in the US. You are able to recieve payments. YAY! And you can also shop in US currency without having to worry about the exchange rate. I don't quite understand the other rates listed on the card but that's fine and they have very good customer service. I think a plus is also that they have live chat and have extended the hours. I am upset though that once I cancel an order it is hell because then the money still ends up leaving the card.
I have used Payoneer for a year now and am happy to say it has been a pleasant experience with a difference. No hustles as I can withdraw my money from anywhere in the world. Also, simple procedures and secure.
