I had a very bad experience with payoneer
I initiated a week ago a bank transfer and even after longer than 5 working days it stated "under review". They state in their procedures a transfer is made in 3-5 working days but mine didn't EVEN LEAVE Payoneer after a whole week, it's still lost somewhere among their departments.
Meanwhile I chatted at least 3 times with their support and all told me they put my transaction on "high priority" but nothing happened, and I got from support just promises, no facts.
Not recommend at all...

I called with an issue about my card's expiration date. To my amazement, Matthew kindly guided me to the revelation that my card expires in 2/2019 instead of the 2/2018 my mind kept locking onto. It was a great laugh and a great relief
I recently requested to withdraw my funds to my bank account! It was money which i gained a few months at my job! Usually withdraw to bank account take 2-5 days but in my case was over 10 business days, probably there was a few circumstances which made the transaction to be so slow like (huge amount of requests) or something else!

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
