I've been using Payoneer for over a year now. Everything has been 95% seamless. When I did have minor issues and called them, the issued were always addressed and sorted. Good customer service. Great company!

On going process, I haven't received my money back from Payoneer yet. I booked flight tickets using Payoneer but Misty flight whom I booked my tickets are not providing me a ticket or refunding money so I contacted Payoneer as I made payment through them. Still waiting for Payoneer to refund my money.

Dont know why we have to upload a copy of our passport to receive payments through payoneer. It is very dangerous I think to upload this kind of material in this age of hacking technology and identity theft.
