Good customer support, I like the chat based support system.

However, when transferring money there is a forced currency conversion, and the rate is not known in advance!

I've only used service about 5 months, all is OK. Support center works perfectly. I would like to see a more informative and functional personal "myPayoneer" cabinet. For example, SMS-approving system for payments.

Very prompt reply and professional attitude, polite and to the point. My request was handled in a timely manner.

I was about to join Payoneer when a friend contacted me that payoneer are no longer offering Pre-Paid cards, he has a AUD account with Payoneer and tells me they don't allow Pre-paid cards which I thought was the whole idea behind this platform...

Is being 4 hours no answer we cannot paid our employees. NO answer from your helpdesk no answer on any of the phones, offices close no emergency contact nothing@! What is going on!

Cant get my money sir b nbtajes a percent and you guys charge 200 and my bank takes thre dollars seems so unfair and hard to survive

Been with Payoneer for just over 5 years now and have not once experienced any sort of issues. Customer service is great - very helpful with queries and all. A truly GLOBAL company that allows you to receive payments from numerous GLOBAL companies!
