I called about an issue with my new card and the staff was very quick to solve the problem and to give me the answers I needed. I'm giving them a 6th, symbolic star, for being able to deal with a foreign accent.

I have been using payoneer for couple of years now, never had any major issue. And when i needed help customer support was very co-operative.

Good service, but problems to get a replacement for my expired card. I loved Payoneer until 3 months ago ever since my card was expired and I am still struggling big time to get a replacement and therefore be able to withdraw my money. Besides that I have to say Payoneer was and still is my best business ally.

Less stress and solved problem within few minutes, the customer care agent was willing to listen and solve my problem, which was outstanding!

Costumer care was helpful, also payooner service is vary good, but you need to start a loyalty program as money back or airplane males, or VIP launch etc.
And also you need to start a credit limit for costumer how spend alot in your service.
