I hope the is goes to trust pilot. My little beginning with payoneer was very rough and stressful. I was super stressed by them due to the inability to receive my money after weeks of being paid. Everything leveled as soon as my money got deposited into the the second receiving account that I was given and the other processes were quite simple, easy and quick. I also was able to withdraw my money and got credited in less than 10minutes. The last associate that spoke to me is a life safer. If all my future experiences with Payoneer can be as seamless as this past few days have been, then I'm definitely recommending Payoneer to my friends and colleagues.

I've been facing issue for over 14 days, and some support team members were unable to resolve it. However, in the last communication, I was fortunate to speak with a support member who was very informative and resolved the issue within 24 hours. I only wish she had been present in the first communication with the Payoneer support team so that it could have been resolved sooner.

I was required to provide an original digital document from my bank, which, due to encryption, led to complications in the submission process. As expected, the document was rejected with a note indicating a "technical issue," requiring me to resubmit.
When I tried to find support information on your website to resolve this issue, I couldn't locate any direct contact options for customer service in the Customer Center. Eventually, I had to resort to a Google search to find a way to contact Payoneer's customer support, who then assisted me in submitting the document and password to your review team.
I strongly suggest that your company consider improving the user experience on your website, particularly in providing clearer support pathways for customers. As a globally recognized company, an efficient and user-friendly experience is essential for your reputation and customer satisfaction. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration.
