Payoneer is an excellent service. Had to call customer service and was treated like I really mattered as a customer.

The experience up to now has been very acceptable and is a good option compared to Pay Pal, the fees will save me money and the functionality is what I am seeking.

Customer service is awesome. Fees are killer though. Cross border fee of up to 3.5%... Wish some services did not take so long.

Love the response from payoneer... They even called me back when my credit ran out. They were very helpful towards my questions. I strongly recommend payoneer to everyone who wants a master card to shop with online or who wants to get paid from other companies.

Payoneer has been an outstanding service which I have become to trust a lot. Over the last few months, withdrawals to bank accounts are taking too much longer than expected. For that reason, I have let down other people and I am starting to lose trust.

I was given World Class Service when I called just now. The person was nice and Polite. He sounded happy to assist me with all my questions.

Payoneer is a very useful service - and I recommend it. However, they have recently changed their behind-the-scenes system and it is taking months for me to get access to my money. I hope this is an exception and does not speak ill of the entire company.

* Did the management of Payoneer directly put into motion a plan to bankrupt Choice Bank and sacrifice its adult industry connections also bankrupting First Choice Pay? Ultimately Mastercard is the entity that caused this situation, but the question is did Payoneer see it coming in advance and do something to deliberately hurt customers?
The answer is YES.

It was my third call from Nepal to Payoneer call center, once in UK & twice in USA, regarding to solve my account blocked issue and to link my new payoneer account with Airbnb. But today very clear reason on blocking my account and other information.

It was such an amazing experience! The customer support was awesome. She was very polite and helpful through out the process!

They are hold the payment with un necessary points. Like submit the project, submit the contract chating screen shot Etc. im tyred his Questions. My payment is 50 dollor also on pending. And my client is send me 50 dollor but payoneer hold my payment.

My experience with Payoneer is always a comfortable engagement with such professional support. I have they offer a chat platform that we can contact representatives in the future.

Apparently you need a rate to get any comment, but the system doesn't even tell you that!

Thank god for phone support, too bad they don't publish the local phone number.

Able to reach through call but concerned about no support Center in India. The contact page is not responsive enough which is showing a pop up window and not letting to take phone number or initiating live chat.
