I've been trying to order a card since June, and I've officially given up. I've had to input my information to order a new card twice, call customer service twice, and was just locked out of my account for what I consider to be the final time. You clearly don't want me to use Payoneer, so I will not be.
Got straight to the root of the problem and put it right. This allowed me to get my account unblocked straight away and I was given advice as to how to prevent further problems arising.
